You are fifteen minutes to Palm Springs in one direction, or fifteen minutes to La Quinta in the other, with everything the desert resort area has to offer in between. With just a slow and safe seven minute walk from the condo to the front gate of the club, you are at The River, the most popular shopping, dining and cinema destination in the valley. Leave the car in the garage... but if you do feel like a drive, El Paseo, the "Rodeo Drive" of the valley, is only five minutes away. Also on the grounds is the fabulous Rancho Las Palmas Resort Hotel and Spa. All of the wonderful amenities that they have to offer are available to you as a guest at Rancho Las Palmas Country Club. Not only is the location in the valley fantastic, but the setting of our condo within the club is something special. It is a quiet and peaceful end unit offering greater privacy. From the large enclosed patio off the livingroom and kitchen, enjoy the views of the serene pond with a fountain and seasonal migrating birds, the sweeping dog-leg fairway, the beautiful mountains in all directions, the big blue sky and countless silhouetted palm trees at sunset. Inside, the 1600 sq. ft. single level condo is relaxed and comfortable. The furniture and decor are "Resort Casual" with soft earth, forest and desert tones. The master suite has a king bed, TV and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. In the living room you will find a stereo/CD player, and a TV/DVD player. The eat-in kitchen is well equiped and has all new appliances. There is also a separate dining area. Rancho Las Palmas has so much to enjoy! With 27 holes of resort course golf and superb practice facilities, 25 tennis courts, fitness centers, pools, a world class spa, restaurants and boutiques, it's all up to you as to what you'll do first. But there's no hurry to make up your mind. Just go out on the patio, gaze at that lovely view... and take as much time as you like.
