Welcome to a Lil' Piece of Heaven cottage at beautiful Lake Martin.
This newly constructed cottage is located on Dogpatch Hollow Point in Eclectic, Alabama, it is a private lane. The cottage faces west overlooking the crystal clean waters of Little Kowaliga Creek where the sunsets are spectacular. The sandy beaches along this part of the lake are special as are the many places to see around the lake such as Children's Harbor, Chimney Rock, Sand Island, Goat Island, Martin Dam, and the many islands around the lake. A great place to relax. Major cities are nearby in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Montgomery. Many things to see and do on the lake and in nearby towns such as Wetumpka, Alexander City, Dadeville, and Auburn. A great place to spend the winter.
The cottage is very comfortable and is fully furnished. The KITCHEN has beautiful cabinets with granite countertops, stainless steel stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, double bowl sink, as well as a table and chairs. The BEDROOM features a queen and twin bed, dresser and nightstand, lamp, closet, and two windows with blinds. The BATHROOM has a tub/shower combination, sink with vanity, medicine cabinet, and a closet with a stack style washer/dryer combo. The DEN features a leather sofa and loveseat and entertainment center with television and VCR/DVD combo. There is a very nice deck with two chairs and there is an outdoor shower. The cottage is fully-equipped.
