Our unit is tucked away in a great community, the immeneties are top notch, and although some parts of Huntington Beach can be deemed "land locked", my unit has more favorable access to our freeways, which more easily allows you to explore everything else that Southern California has to offer...

My wife Kimberly and I live in Fullerton, which is about 20 minutes from this vacation home. I originally bought this home back in 2002 as my primary residence. In 2005, I fully remodelled it from from floor to ceiling. In fact, the only thing left unchanged was the light switch cover near the back door because it is a great reflection of the wonderful city of Huntington Beach ;-) I've really enjoyed the experience of this vacation rental as it's presented opportunities to meet all kinds of amazing people from all over the world. I have many repeat clients who come stay with me each year, and they've become more like friends than clients. I thank you for your time, and I hope to meet you one day...

This property was excellent for our family (parents and 3 children) who are all grown up now aged 23, 18 and 15. The house was well equipped and very clean. We instantly felt at home. It is well situated for exploring the coastline and we all enjoyed the beaches and being able to see some of the 2011 US open Surf in Huntington. It was great to have all beach equipment provided (even body boards) especially as we are from England and could not bring all of this with us.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

I am a repeat vistor to Gregg's town home in Huntington beach I spend at least 3 months there every year. I enjoy the neighborhood and the location of the rental immensely. Gregg is a great guy to deal with and very accommodating. You will Love Huntington Beach also it is a great place of many different likes from beach to people to outstanding food!

This Townhouse was so perfect for our family of 5 especially after staying a week in a hotel suite (?) that was only as big as a regular hotel room. The Townhouse has plently of room and is close to everything we wanted to see Disney, Universal, LA, Knotts Berry Farm and the beach. We would love to come back again. Greg is the best and he is really hands on about any problems that might arise. Also the washer dryer was a plus when you are traveling for two weeks with three kids. I highly recommend this home.

We stayed at this condo for 9 days. A perfect place for a vacation. So spacious and roomy. The condo was clean and everything was in great condition. The website does not do it justice. It was the best condo that I have ever stayed in. And Gregg was so helpful, for directions or great places to eat and hang out. Definitely recommend this place to all of my friends.

This Surf City condo was perfect for our needs. Great location with close access to beach, Disneyland, freeway,and PCH. We were in Southern CA for a wedding and finding our way around from the condo was a breeze. The unit is much roomier than it appears in the photos. Gregg very easy to deal with and returned our security deposit within a week of our return home. Highly recommend this rental unit.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It is beautiful and very clean! The complex is very quiet and the kids enjoyed the heated pool, which was quite warm for February. One of the nicest vacation rentals we've stayed at. We received our deposit back right away and enjoyed doing business with the owner, Greg. A great deal for the $$$$

I would like to share our experience of renting this unit for February 18, 2006. Process of renting was easy, without long formalities; owner was welcoming and open for discussion of our needs. Unit was clean, bright and comfortable. It is exactly what you see at the web-site and more - we had even tropical fishes in the living room. Our further experience with owner showed that he is reachable at any moment (in spite of weekend) and ready to answer our questions. Check out was easy and quick.
