Our private slopeside townhome, located in the exclusive Bachelor Gulch Village in the Beaver Creek Resort, is situated next to the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Club. This property is much more than a typical rental unit. It is our private family vacation home, and we open it to renters only a few weeks per year. Top quality furniture, luxurious bedding, down pillows and comforters, wireless hi-speed internet, home theater, crystal glassware, professional cookware, and custom curtains are throughout this 3,571 square foot 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath townhome with separate den equipped with a home theater and a foosball table.

This property is professionally managed, and one midweek cleaning and one checkout cleaning are included in rental prices listed below. This home is situated next to the Ritz Carlton Bachelor Gulch Hotel on the slopes of the Bachelor Gulch ski area - an exclusive community within the Beaver Creek Resort. The main level ceilings in the living/dining/kitchen, the master bedroom and the entry foyer are vaulted. You can enjoy the use of the private outdoor sunken hot tub located slopeside on a flagstone patio.

There is a 26' flat screen LCD TV in the living room, a 46' inch wide-screen DLP with 5.1 surround sound home theater in the lower level recreation room, and TV's in the Master Bedroom, the main guest room and the triple bed room. All TV's have DirecTV, and the living room also has Tivo. The middle level has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A private garage is attached. Village Transportation, a free shuttle service, will take you anywhere in the Bachelor Gulch/Beaver Creek resort, usually within 10 minnutes from calling them.

From our home, you can walk out the door and onto the slopes. From there, a beginner run leads a few hundred yards to the Bachelor Gulch Express ski lift and the the Ritz Carlton Hotel. At the end of the day, it is possible to ski right to your back door. If you like, you can walk down to a heated sidewalk that will take you on a 3 minute walk to the Ritz Carlton Hotel, where, through our Bachelor Gulch Club membership, you can enjoy the privileges of the Ritz Carlton Spa, the Ritz's exercise room, and their outdoor pool and hot tubs (additional charges may aplly). Also at the Ritz are a variety of dining including the formal Remingtons, the casual Buffalo Bar, and the convenient Daybreak Deli. In the early evening, the Ritz staff builds and maintains a stunning bonfire and provides marshmallows for roasting.
