We had owned vacation homes on this beach for 30 years including one in the same complex. When we moved to New Smyrna Beach fill time and and this came on the market we bought it withing hours. It is a special place in top condition in the prime no driving beach area.We have 100% satisfaction from guests and is rented basically 100% of both the winter and summer season.

We have had this beach home rented every week from mid May until late August with many repeat renters. We are also getting thanksgiving and holaday renters and Jan and Feb are also booked. Renters like it because it is well located and very nice.
