Absolutely amazing place. You are right on the beach!!! The condo has everything you need and then some!! Fishing is awesome ! You couldn't ask for anything else. Absolutely heaven. The kids want to come back every year!!!!! Unbelievable find!!!

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

A great place to spend the winter

We stayed in this beach house for 6 weeks---AND IT WAS GREAT! The Atlantic Ocean is literally at your front door here. Plenty of room, everything worked, and the owner is a good person to work with. Our family visited us while we were here and we had plenty of room for everyone. Why buy our own place when we can rent this one? We plan to return next year.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Relaxing Getaway

This is our third visit to this rental. We were very satisfied and feel very at home there. You can't get any closer to the water unless you are in it. We love to sit on the deck and watch the sunrise.

Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

My father, and mother, brother and sister inlaw along with my wife and kids all had a great time. The house and beach were just as advertised, everything was clean and convienent. Great beach all you could ask for in a Florida vacation. We will certainly be back.

Almost Perfect Beach House

This beach house is fabulous. It is nestled in the sea dunes and sitting on the deck looking at the ocean was heaven. We saw dolphins and had a turtle visit us as well. The kitchen was stocked super well, and the furniture was cute and comfy. This is a perfect house for a large family or group of friends because of the 3 bedrooms and the 3 twin beds up in the loft. I only have a couple observations that made it less than perfect. All of us had AT&T cell phones. There was absolutely no service inside the house or on the deck. In order for us to use our cell phones we had to walk down to the beach or walk out the front of the house and down towards A1A quite a bit. The WiFi worked great and we could use our computers/smart phone internet access once we accessed the secure wifi at the house, however, no receiving or making phone calls/texts with our cell phones inside the house. The only other improvement perhaps would be for a DVD player out on the main TV. One of our boys brought his PS3 so we used his game system as our DVD player out there. There was a DVD player in the master bedroom that we tried to hook up to TV in main family room, but we could not set it up to work. I have stayed many places at New Smyrna Beach and this place was by far my favorite, except for that cell phone issue.

Owner response: We will get another DVD player right away. There are two fixes for the lack of cell service. 1. Walk out to the beach where there is service and dial *72 and our land line phone number from your sell phone. This will divert all your calls to the land line. When you leave the home dial *720 to cancel the call forwarding. 2. Buy a cell phone boster from you cell company and plug it into the wireless router. You can keep it for use in other locations or return it within 30 days. I have one from Verizon and take it to the beach, use it at home and at our Wisconsin cabin. It works great.

Wonderful place. Excellent location. Nothing missing. Owner very reasonable and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Labor Day Weekend

This town home was just perfect. It was clean and very well maintained. The owners were terrific to work with and it was a perfect fit for my family. We will definitely stay there as often as we are able. With three little ones and the oldest one being 3 years old the proximity of the beach was a major plus. We had such a nice time this is going to be our home anytime we go to New Smyrna Beach.

Juels, Thank you for sharing your lovely condo. We had a great time. We couldn't have asked for a better unit location - the view was beautiful and the deck quite large & private. Kitchen was well equipped and bedrooms all very nice. Nice neighbors you have as well. We would love to return next year!

I wanted to let you know how much my family and I enjoyed staying at your townhouse the week of June 26, 09. There were so many positive things that I do not know where to start but I will give it a try. The townhouse was very spacious and clean.It was well stocked and the privacy was awesome. We loved the deck area and enjoyed the wonderful views and easy access to the beach. All of the beach supplies were a plus. If my husband and kids threw the fishig net out over a million times I would not be surprised. We caught crabs, sailors choice, mullets and other unknown fish. They even caught a stingray.The dolphins were awesome. I would rate your place a ten easily. If we decide to visit New Smyrna again we will be sure to stay there. I will need to ivestigate the area for the closest putt putt golf courses and go kart tracks next time because besides hanging out at the beach that is what my kids enjoy. You should very proud of this townhouse and I will be sure to reccommend it to everyone.

My friends and family rented this lovely townhome for two weeks in July. We absolutely loved it!! It's private, plenty large enough for two whole families.. We will be coming back year after year, no doubt!! ;-) The high speed Internet saved all of us with emails.. ;-) Thanks again xoxo

We have had this beach home rented every week from mid May until late August with many repeat renters. We are also getting thanksgiving and holaday renters and Jan and Feb are also booked. Renters like it because it is well located and very nice.

My entire family (10 people) just spent a wonderful week in this townhome! It is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The area is very quiet and family friendly. It seemed we had the beach and the pool all to ourselves! We appreciated the extras that came with the place like the beach chairs and sand toys. Flagler Ave has some very interesting shops. We will definitely go back if we ever get the chance. We much prefered the the laid back atmosphere to the Daytona strip area we were used to. Thanks for a very memorable and relaxing vacation!
