Come and enjoy the beauty of Flamingo Beach from this amazing home! Located in the Pacific North region of Guanacaste, Flamingo Beach is one of Costa Rica's most exclusive and beautiful beaches.
This nine bedroom, nine bathroom wonderful villa makes the most from its privileged hilltop position, you will enjoy its magnificent ocean views, while a short walk (about 50 meters) will take you from a large and refreshing swimming pool to a pristine white sandy beach. You will not find another house this size with an ocean view and so close to the beach on this site or anywhere else in Flamingo. No driving necessary to go to the beach.
You have several rental options: you can choose to rent the main house only which has three bedrooms sleeping 10 persons; you can rent one or all 5 of the apartments or detached bedrooms only which together comprise 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 12 persons; or you can rent all, the main house and studios which will comfortably sleep up to 22 persons, ideal for a few families.
Its practical design and surrounding lush vegetation will certainly please your senses. It is not uncommon to see howler monkeys peacefully hanging out in the mango trees next to the pool!
ROOM DESCRIPTION:
The main house can accommodate up to 10 persons in three bedrooms: Master Bedroom (1 queen size bed), Guest Bedroom One (two queen-size beds), Guest Bedroom Two (four twin bunk beds).
The apartments can accommodate eight additional persons:
Turtles Apartment with two bedrooms (one queen-size bed each).
Crab Apartment (one queen-size bed).
Dolphin Apartment(one king-size bed).
Monkey Room (one queen-size bed).
Pelican Room (one queen-size bed).
All bedrooms have their own full bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning. Each apartment has a small kitchen/nook area.

Our business group of seven couples stayed ten days at this property located immediately off of the beach at Flamingo, Guanacaste. To say our stay was beyond phenominal would not begin to desribe our experience. This particular property was selected to serve as our hub for visiting as much of Costa Rica as possible. The bedroom arrangements provided clean, comfortable accomodations, as well as privacy for each individual couple. The kitchen/food prep area was smaller as is customary for the locale. But, the huge open-air veranda was an exceptional location (day or night) to read, visit or siesta, as one would choose. The pool and surrounding ceramic tile deck complimented the veranda to allow full view and access to the beautiful, warm Costa Rican sun and the stunning Costa Rican sunsets. Santos and Angelica provided daily cleaning and personal assistance that was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The owner of the property was diligent to meet our every need including connection with a local chef that catered one evening meal that was indescribably perfect. He also connected us with one Walter Mendoza, known as Wachi - who served daily as our guide, interpreter and friend. Wachi's knowledge and ability to articulate the customs and physical facts of Costa Rica was beyond comparison. He and his compatriot, Miguel, provided information, humor, and a genuine feeling of warmth which we will always consider as the very nature of all Costa Ricans - which we found to be true wherever we went. While our visit was during the Guanacaste dry season, it was still remarkable to see the beauty of the beaches, the plains and the mountainous regions that make up the Costa Rican geography. In general, the descriptions and photographs provided for this VRBO listing do not do justice to the beauty and marvelous accomodation that the property provides. Our entire group felt welcome, at ease, and at home during the entire stay. Not only would we recommend this property to friends or family, we would sincerely consider another visit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
