This Village of Loon unit is an end unit townhouse located in The Village of Loon Mountain perched on a quiet wooded hillside, yet conveniently located just a short 4 minute walk from all resort facilities. This property has five bedrooms and 3 baths with a wrap around deck and large windows with an unobstructed (winter, of course) view overlooking the ski trails of Loon Mountain.
Take advantage of the convenient ski shuttle that will pick you up and in less than 5 minutes drop you off at the Loon Mt. ticket window.
This townhouse is great for multiple families or cozy enough to simply enjoy the space on your own. This town home offers so much flexibility. It is made up of three floors of living space. The first floor has a living and dining area, furniture, wood burning fireplace and fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer.
This Townhouse has a master bedroom with private, full bathroom as well as a king-size bed. Also as part of the top area is the second bedroom featuring a large room with a queen bed. The third bedroom, the loft, features comfortable bunk bed and twin bed and a ¾ bath; a great place for the kids to sleep and play.
The lower floor offers two more bedrooms and a full bath, an open spaced living area with pullout sofa and wood burning fireplace, this area also features spectacular views of the slopes. Send the kids down to the lower area while the adults have their own space on the upper two floors to unwind.
The kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, a breakfast bar and all the basics you need, including dishwasher. The living room opens onto a wrap-around deck to take advantage of the incredible views from the second floor and grill your favorite foods on the gas barbecue grill.
You will have full, free access to the Village Swim, Fitness and Tennis Club, two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, kiddie pool, four Jacuzzis, sauna, exercise room, 12 tennis courts, game room, video rentals and pool table.
This unit offers the comfort and convenience for year-round vacations. We're very close to the pools and amenities (unlike the units in Coolidge Falls, Clearbrook and most Village properties).
The location offers everyone the opportunity to walk to the pool after a day of skiing, hiking, fishing or golfing. The proximity is especially convenient for the “little ones”.
The view from this town home during the winter allows you to watch the skiers without leaving the comforts of your two living rooms.
Loon Mountain Village is located on the beautiful Kancamagus Highway, which is an extraordinarily scenic drive in the fall and great anytime. It’s also just opposite the Pemigewasset River, which has wonderful canoeing, tubing, swimming holes, and fishing. In the winter, the Loon Mountain Ski Area offers both downhill and cross country ski trails, just across the street with shuttle busses running frequently and ice skating and indoor rock climbing. A little further away in Franconia Notch State Park (former home of the famous Old Man of the Mountain) is the Cannon Mountain ski Area.
Clean towels and linen are included as part on the cleaning service.

The condo was beautiful! We had three familys with us and everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The location could not have been better, we were right across the street from Loon. The condo was well maintained and had all the amenities of home. We did not even eat out once during our stay.Everything we needed was right at the condo. The condo had amazing views and plenty of windows to enjoy it from. We also were able to sled and make snowmen right on sight which was great for the little ones! We will definatly be going back again!

MY family and I have stayed at this property 4 times now over the past few winters and summers. We could not have been happier. The views are specatacular, the place is extremely spacious and the pictures accurately depict the interior of the property. We cooked in several times after long days of skiing. The kitchecn was fully stocked and the relaxing atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. So much to do in the area during both the summer and winter months. We were just there 3 weeks ago for skiing and have already booked our summer getaway for July!

It is so much nicer to stay in a home than a hotel room. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The unit was incredibly spacious, and the view of the mountain is spectacular, especially at night. The facilities were a great bonus, including the shuttle bus to the mountain and the 3 pools for an evening swim. Loved the fireplace and the deck, and the unit was perfectly clean and comfortable. Now we know why it's always booked. We'll definitely book early for next year. Thanks for a great getaway, Bob & Sheila.

We spent two wonderful winter weekends here and could not have asked for a better place. It comfortably slept 14 of us and gave each family their own bathroom/space. The kitchen had everything you need and there were also games and toys for our several young children. I did not mind staying at the condo with my 16 month old while everyone else was skiing. The lowe unitwas a great place for the teenage boys to hang out and have their own space/TV. It was extremely clean with very nice linens and beautiful bathrooms. Everyone's favorite part was the convenient shuttle to the mountain and then walking to the pools. Hope to go back again next year!

Exactly as pictured on photos, very comfortable, pool club great, and bike rental on premises very inexpensive and convenient. Kids had a great time, Would definitely recommend this rental for families. Chris was very helpful and easy to deal with.

We take a family vacation every summer and your unit was the best place we have stayed yet. We could tell that you really try to make it a place where people feel comfortable.
