This beautiful, third floor condominium overlooks the gulf and boasts a 270-square-foot balcony for you to relax and enjoy the view. The 1370 square feet of living area is spacious and sleeps eight comfortably. Be the first to stay in Panama City Beach's newest deluxe resort Condominium. Treasure Island Units offer huge balconey's directly over a fabulous olympic sized pool and the Gulf of Mexico.
No expenses spared on this unit, it is well maintained and perfect! If you are looking for a beachfront vacation condo with all the extra's and luxuries of home, this is the condo for you. This unit offer a beautiful beach front view of the "Sugar Sands - The Worlds Most Beautiful Beaches" and they are located in the newest resort complex on the beach.
The complex features a beautiful large olympic-sized heated swimming pool; a large children's pool. The complex offers a first rate workout facility complete with treadmills, cardio machines and extensive free weights.
Treasure Island offers a covered parking facility and a 24-hour private security force. Located near the curve on Thomas Drive adjacent to Panama City's Grand Lagoon, you get the best of both the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City's boatyard on Grand Lagoon. A five minute walk takes you to the Treasure Ship or Captain Anderson's where you can "watch the fleet come in"!
Don't be deceived! All units at Treasure Island aren't the same. Our's is a NON-SMOKING unit. Completely new furnishings ensure the highest quality and standards. Our unit is filled with amenities and clearly stands above what you will typically find. This includes a king sized pillow top bed in the master suite (gulf front with balcony), a queen sized pillow top in the guest suite, two built-in bunk beds for the kids and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the den to comfortably sleep 8.
The master bath boasts double sinks, a large double shower and huge walk-in closet. Remote cable TVs, DVDs, & VCRs are available in the den, master suite and guest suite. The unit has a large, superbly outfitted kitchen with granite countertops, full size stove & refrigerator w/ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric can opener, blender, toaster, crockpot, glassware, silverware, and plenty of pots, pans and cookware. Additionally, our unit has a private in-unit washer & dryer. Towels and linens are supplied for the week. Compare our prices with Gulf Crest and others. You won't be disappointed.

The Treasure Island front office does allow one pet per condo under 30 lbs and they do charge a $40 fee upon check in for the dog. This is their fee and not ours.
The front office also has a $20 fee upon check in for parking passes and armbands.

awesome condo , everything you need is there. very easy and pleasant booking. highly recomend. by far the nicest condo and complex. easy to find. covered parking on same floor as condo. stayed the entire week of labor day. tanya called when we arrived , to make sure everything was ok. wesley

The best condo we ever rented on vrbo. Beautifully decorated and everything you could possibly need is provided. The location was perfect--quiet end of the beach, near St. Andrews Park. Pet friendly a must for us and condos accepting pets are hard to find on the beach. We especially enjoyed the deck and Scampi's resturant next door.

We stayed in this unit for 2 1/2 months this year. The unit was very well equipped re kitchen and linens and the beds were very comfortable and the furnishings were new. The location of the unit was excellent from parking spot and we enjoyed the view overlooking the pool as well as the ocean.

We spent the last 2 winters in this condo and really enjoyed our time there. It's very comfortable and roomy. It's a great location, a quiet area at the end of Thomas Drive. The sunsets are spectacular and it's an easy walk to Schooner's (a local beach bar).

This is our 5th time staying at Treasure Island and your condo was the best! We had everything we needed and more. The convenience of the parking deck on the same floor as the condo was also nice. We look forward to our next trip to the beach and hopefully your unit will be available.

The condo is wonderful. Nicely decorated, well furnished, and quite spacious. The kitchen is outstanding-not your typical cramped space found in many rentals. Hope to stay there again next year.
