Come watch the dolphin play in your oceanfront "backyard." This beautifully and comfortably decorated, first floor, corner unit condominium will become your home-away-from-home. Bring family and friends to share the two queen and twin bedrooms, each with its own bath and a comfortable sleeper sofa.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped for meals and snacks and our wet bar will make cocktail time a breeze. New outdoor grills with picnic tables are just one floor down. Curl up in our window seat with a good book and gaze down miles of beautiful beach. Watch the sun rise and set while you enjoy the large screened porch or have your coffee on the private master balcony. Almost all of our home has been newly upgraded with beds, furniture and paint.
Swim in the ocean off your private boardwalk or enjoy our two pools/hot tubs and tennis courts. Beach chairs and sand toys are provided for your use. Pack light - we have a washer and dryer room in the unit. Three TVs with VCRs/DVD and an extensive movie and game collection will keep you busy indoors.We now also offer Broadband High Speed Internet service with an HP Deskjet printer for your use. Great beachside restaurants and shops are within walking distance with many grocery stores just a short drive or walk away.
Covered parking is available for you and your guests right below your unit. An elevator is also available!
