Large, 1100 square foot, ground-floor, oceanview condominium in walking distance to white sand beaches, including "Best Beach" at Kapalua Bay. Lanai opens up to landscaped lawn giving more "living space." Watch the sunset next to Molokai from the spacious lanai. The wall of windows in the living area brings the outdoors in! Eat every meal on the protected lanai--no wind! Bedroom has small garden/ocean view lanai. New Cal-king NovaForm Infinite Comfort Dual Adjust bed in bedroom with TV, and queen-size sofabed in living room.
Tile in living and dining rooms; carpeting in bedroom. Fully supplied kitchen has all appliances needed with large pantry for groceries. Huge bathroom with sunken tub, wall safe, large closet, iron and ironing board, as well as hair blow-dryer. Beach towels provided. Collection of guide books to help make trip easier to plan once there.
Two Championship Golf Courses, tennis courts outside our door, great shops, and restaurants within the Kapalua Resort Community. Three newly-refurbished pools to choose from on the property, with bbq kitchens, restrooms and showers. Watch the SBS 2010 (formally the Mercedes Benz Championship) and all sporting events on 52-inch TV!! Walking and hiking trails are throughout Kapalua. The new Kapalua Adventure Center features ziplines, a 4-station climbing wall and challenge course. Walk the trails at the old Village Golf Course and find more golf balls than you can imagine (check in at the Kapalua Logo Shop). Hike the new trails at the Maunalei Arboretum and see what grows in the rainforest (pick up the shuttle at the Adventure Center--check schedules).
The Adventure Center also includes Cafe Kapalua serving breakfast and lunch (until 4pm) and feature organic produce from Kapalua Farms in the salads, as well as soups and sandwiches/wraps. A coffee bar features private label Kapalua coffee. Find active wear with brands from Patagonia, Columbia, North Face and more in the Center's retail shop, as well as the famous Kapalua Logo Shop all in one building!
The historic Honolua Store underwent complete remodeling to offer more dining choices from the new kitchen and deli, serving breakfast, lunch and light dinner fare.

Why the Owner Chose Kapalua Bay Villas
Kapalua is a World Class vacation Destination Resort Community. Known primarily for the Championship golf courses, it also offers an ambiance not found anywhere else on the island. Being able to walk to various beaches is a huge attraction. The Kapalua Bay Villas are an ocean front property with fantastic views in all directions!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The Coastal Trail along Kapalua Bay and Oneloa Bay are new and wonderful. Each day there's something else to see while walking the trails...whale watching is wonderful! The trail system makes it easy to get from one beach to another. The walking trails on the old Village Golf Course are great, too, for exercise as well as seeing beautiful vistas in the area. The complimenatry Kapalua Shuttle makes it very easy to get around the Resort, too. It picks up at the condo and transports anywhere within Kapalua...this is great for eating out, golfing and getting to the beaches.
Walk from Kapalua Bay to Oneloa Bay along the shoreline. See whales, dolphins, turtles and just discover a beautiful area!

We came to Maui over 20 years ago on our honeymoon and knew this would be the place to call home. We've been on all of the islands and love Maui best, especially Kapalua. Lisa is a Certified Hawaii Destination Specialist and has been in the tourism industry for 20 years. Peter loves to golf, especially in Kapalua!! Snorkeling and SCUBA diving are hobbies we both enjoy.
