As a guest you will have access to 13 stocked lakes covering 46 acres [19 ha] with 70 acres [28 ha] of greenspace, a 26-acre [11 ha] preserve, and three miles [five kilometers] walking paths. A luxurious clubhouse contains a fitness center, a lap pool, library, and the main pool - one of five in the community. There is also a half-court basketball court, a Bocce court, and six Har-Tru tennis courts. There are two boathouses with boats available for your use (free).
Residents and guests of Lighthouse Bay also have access to their own five-star restaurant, Rosie Spoonbills, located within the Brooks community. There is an outdoor theater/concert center behind the restaurant that offers entertainment all season long.
Our condominium offers a screened in lanai with new patio set overlooking a stocked lake. It is a three-year old unit that was completely furnished and freshly painted in 2005. the condominium has two bedrooms (queen in the master, twin beds in second bedroom - full linens included) and two full bathrooms (towels included). The living room features a leather couch and love seat with TV, VCR/DVD player, and stereo. There are ceiling fans in every room. The kitchen contains every appliance and comes complete with all cooking/dining utensils and equipment. There is a washer and dryer as well.
This lovely home is located 15 minutes directly north of Naples, ten minutes from Gulf of Mexico beaches, and 20 minutes from Southwest Florida International (RSW) Airport.
