Balboa Island is not only a great vacation destination but it is also a great base for many Southern California attractions and theme parks. Our Balboa Island/Newport Beach front unit, 2-story condominium has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms (one includes shower and tub, the other a shower) and 1 bedroom downstairs with a bathroom (includes shower). This immaculate, cheery and bright unit is fully furnished and equipped.Ready for a comfortable and worry-free vacation or winter rental. The kitchen and living areas have white tile flooring and there is carpeting in all bedrooms. The living room has a stone face fireplace. There are two TVs (one in the living room and one in the downstairs bedroom). There is a VCR on one TV and a CD/DVD player on the other TV for music or movies. All linens and towels, including beach towels and chairs are provided. If you provide your own linens, we offer a discount in the cleaning fee. Our home will provide you all the comfort you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
Activities and Attractions:
Our property is located at 126 Agate which is less than one block from the beautiful bay, boardwalk and the ferry that takes you to the ocean, Balboa Fun Zone(including Ferris wheel and carousel), Balboa Pier, shopping and restaurants, boating (including the Catalina Express Boat to Catalina Island)and fishing excursions, and bike rentals. Agate is the only street on the island with a children's climbing gym and basketball court. Balboa Island boasts of fine restaurants and boutique shops and it is also 2 miles from more fine dining, shopping and movie theaters at Fashion Island. Balboa Island is approximately 7 miles from Laguna Beach with the renowned Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival in the summer, galleries and more fine dining and shopping along with wonderful beaches with tide pools. Balboa Island is within 20 minutes of Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm and an hour from Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Sea World. The Santa Ana/Orange County (SNA) Airport is only 10 minutes away and the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is approximately 50 minutes away.
