TOGETHER OR SINGLE: These adjacent 3-bedroom/3.5-bath and 2-bedroom/2.5-bath townhouses are available together, or separately. They have an unbeatable in-town location within walking distance to the lifts, restaurants and theaters as well as just steps away from the free shuttle. Both townhouses are also completely furnished and they have a private hot tub. Combined, these two units have 5-bedrooms, 5-baths plus 2 half-baths and 10 beds that can accommodate up to 12 people.
LOCATION: These townhouses have such an ideal location that a rental vehicle is not needed. They are directly on a golf and cross-country ski course and are within a 1 to 3 block walking distance of the Park City Ski Resort lifts and shopping (supermarket -open 24hrs., drug store, over a dozen restaurants, state liquor store, cinemas, BlockBuster Video, Starbucks Coffee, ski rentals, etc.). A free shuttle service on a major bus route is just one-quarter block away and, with average waits of less than 5-minutes, provides quick transportation to town, Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons and the Outlet Center. In contrast, most other 4BR/5BR accommodations will not have shuttle access nor be within walking distance of lifts or shopping.
HIGH TECH & FEATURE RICH: The main television is a 46" 1080p Samsung LCD TV with over 60 HD channels, over 40 music channels and a DVR. Both units have High-Speed Internet Access, a Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) network, A/V connections to all TVs for video games, 6.0 Ghz phones with answering machines, Dolby Digital 6-speaker surround sound stereos, DVD/CD, VCR & cassette players. Further, both townhouses have large fireplaces (gas & wood), washer/dryers, covered carports directly in front of the entries, humidifiers, patios with BBQ grills, weather stations with outside temperature and lockable ski storage. Of course, each condo is fully furnished with kitchen items, linens and some supplies. Each unit has a computer connected to an All-in-1 (printer-fax-copier-scanner) and audio/video libraries.
COMPLEX AMENITIES: Besides having a private hot tub in the atrium of our 3BR unit, which can also be accessed from the 2BR unit, both townhouses also have access to excellent shared facilities. These include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, saunas, lockers, tennis court and office with concierge. Although our private hot tub seats 5, the complex hot tub on-site can seat about about a dozen people, which can make it accessible to your entire group together. Plus, an office with concierge can provide assistance during the ski season from 9am to 9pm if someone needs dinner recommendations or assistance in such activities as sleigh rides, snow mobiling, tubing, fishing, horseback riding, etc. Larger 4BR/5BR homes will have few of these amenities and no on-site assistance.
FLEXIBLE: The bed configuration is exceptional as each bedroom has a private bath, TV with DVD/VCR, stereo, deluxe bedding, a humidifier and phone. In contrast, most 4BR/5BR homes and condos have at least one bedroom that must share a bath and fewer electronics. In addition, there are NO twin beds that need to be pulled together for couples in these condos, because all bedrooms have either a king or queen bed; three bedrooms also have twin beds. The two sleeper sofas each have TV/Stereo access in the living rooms and their own half-baths. The bed situation allows the units to be equally desirable by single adults, couples and families.
BETTER THAN A HOUSE: If you need more than 3 or 4 bedrooms, combining these two adjacent units are likely to provide major advantages over a house rental, such as:
Better TRANSPORTATION - only steps to the free shuttle
More AMENITIES - heated pool, enclosed hot tubs, saunas, lockers...
Better CONVENIENCE - walking distance to restaurants, shopping...
Reliable SNOW REMOVAL - after every snowfall
PRIVATE BATHS - for each bedroom, plus guest baths
It may seem that some rental houses are bargains, but most are rather isolated or located outside of town. You may waste considerable time driving to the lifts, restaurants and shopping. Also, with our condos a friend or relative will not become stranded or left out in the cold, as they can take the free bus or walk, which is impossible with many rental houses. Most homes usually have at least one bedroom that shares a bath, whereas, all our bedrooms have private baths - plus guest baths. Further, having duplicate dining and living areas works out great if the men/women or adults/children want to watch different shows, eat separately or play different games. If you are unsure if another family or group of friends can join you, renting a big house may be more than you need. Rent one of our units now; the other unit may still be available later.
MORE OPTIONS in the SPRING and FALL:
Our units provide 2, 3 or 5 bedrooms during the winter, but during the "shoulder" seasons we provide even more flexibility. We have a one bedroom “lockout” in both units that enables us to rent just a one bedroom with kitchenette, or to combine the lockout in the other unit with our 3BR unit for 4 bedrooms. We therefore can supply 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 bedrooms during the shoulder seasons and, if we have availability a coupe weeks before an arrival even in the winter and summer, we can sometimes make and exception and supply just 1-bedroom, or 4 bedrooms, besides 2, 3 or 5 bedrooms.

After growing up in the Midwest, I've lived in Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, New York and Los Angeles. After working for major corporations, it was time for me to spend more time with my passions of golf, skiing and tennis. Having traveled to over a couple of dozen ski resorts around the world, I decided to purchase a couple adjacent townhouses that provide great access to my sporting interests, and much more. Since I was often disappointed in my accommodations during my travels, and occasionally use these condominiums myself, I've improved them with many more features and comforts than you'll typically find in rental units. I invite you to enjoy the comforts of my units and the many activities that are so close that some, like skiing and golf, are literally just out the back door.
