TOGETHER OR SINGLE: These adjacent 3-bedroom/3.5-bath and 2-bedroom/2.5-bath townhouses are available together, or separately. They have an unbeatable location near the lifts and shopping; both are also completely furnished with many extras. Combined, these two units have 5-bedrooms, 5-baths plus 2 half-baths and 10 beds that can accommodate up to 12 people.
These units offer a great deal of flexibility for needs that require 2, 3 or 5 bedrooms any time of year. And, in the low or off-season, the lockout suite in the smaller unit can be combined with the larger 3BR townhouse to provide 4-bedrooms and 8 beds.
LOCATION: These townhouses have such an ideal location that a rental vehicle is not needed. They are directly on a golf and cross-country ski course and are within a 1 to 3 block walking distance of the Park City Ski Resort lifts and shopping (supermarket -open 24hrs., drug store, over a dozen restaurants, state liquor store, cinemas, BlockBuster Video, Starbucks Coffee, ski rentals, etc.). A free shuttle service on a major bus route is steps away and, with average waits of less than 5-minutes, provides quick transportation to town, Park City, Deer Valley, The Canyons and the Outlet Center. In contrast, most other 4BR/5BR accommodations will not have shuttle access nor be within walking distance of lifts or shopping.
COMPLEX AMENITIES: Both townhouses also have access to excellent shared facilities consisting of a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, lockers, tennis court and rental office with concierge. Although the 3BR unit has a private hot tub that seats up to 5, the two enclosed hot tubs on-site can seat about 6 to 8 each, or over a dozen people. Therefore, an entire group can all use the hot tubs together. Plus, an office with concierge can provide assistance during the ski season from 9am to 9pm if someone needs dinner recommendations or assistance in such activities as sleigh rides, snow mobiling, tubing, fishing, horseback riding, etc. Larger 4BR/5BR homes will have few of these amenities and no on-site assistance.
FLEXIBLE: The bed configuration is exceptional as each bedroom has a private bath, TV with DVD/VCR, stereo and phone. In contrast, most 4BR/5BR homes and condos have at least one bedroom that must share a bath and fewer electronics. In addition, there are NO twin beds that need to be pulled together for couples in these condos, because all bedrooms have either a king or queen bed; three bedrooms also have twin beds. The two sleeper sofas each have TV/Stereo access in the living rooms and their own half-baths. The bed situation allows the units to be equally desirable by single adults, couples and families.
HIGH TECH & FEATURE RICH: Both units have High-Speed Internet Access, a Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) network, A/V connections to all TVs for video games, 5.8Ghz phones with answering machines, NOAA weather alert radios and Dolby Digital 6-speaker surround sound stereos with 32"TVs and DVD/CD, VCR & cassette players. Further, both townhouses have large fireplaces (gas & wood), washer/dryers, covered carports directly in front of the entries, humidifiers, patios with BBQ grills, weather stations with outside temperature and lockable ski storage. Of course, each condo is fully furnished with kitchen items, linens and some supplies. Each unit has a computer connected to an All-in-1 (printer-fax-copier-scanner) and audio/video libraries. The 3BR also has a 4 pair boot/glove dryer.
BOTTOM LINE: If you need more than 3 or 4 bedrooms, combining these two adjacent units are likely to provide advantages over a home rental such as access to the free shuttle, more amenities, less driving time, greater privacy and on-site assistance. With these condos you do not need to worry that someone may become stranded, or left out in the cold, as they may with a more isolated home. Further, having duplicate dining and living areas works out great if the men/women or adults/children want to watch different shows, eat separately or play different games. Although these two adjacent units do not have a contiguous interior access, they share a double driveway, have a common wall and their front entries are only a car length apart.
