The studio is non smoking and it has a queen bed, 1 bath and is centrally located in a working class, quiet, family neighborhood on the east side town of Kapaa. My wife and I live upstairs in the main house along with our 6 yr old daughter and 3yr old son. The studio has its own entrance, a sliding glass door on the back of the house. Be aware that the kids get up around 6:30am and run around upstairs and make noise when not at school. There is no stove in studio, only a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and refridgerater.
The studio is about 15-20 minutes from Lihue Airport, in the main eastside town of Kapaa. The studio is 30 minutes from the North shore, and 35 minutes from the South shore, and about 2 miles from the beach of Kealia. Close by are Safeway, Blockbuster, Foodland, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Longs, and lots of other stores. If you would like to see the whole island, this is a great location for you. There is a parking spot provided for free.
If you have any questions about weather, activities, places to see, etc., just email me. I personally run, clean and operate the studio, so I can keep prices low. I've fished, dived, hiked, hunted, and seen most of this beautiful island; so I can help with plans, just ask.
I don't require a cleaning fee or security deposit. Just have fun and respect the place. Im willing to work a trade out if you have a place on Oahu, Kona, or Maui.
The studio does not have any laundry facilities.
