The lower level, boasting well over 1240 sq feet, is equipped with custom tiled cabana bathroom w\overhead shower, wet bar, 400 sqft Game Area w/Ping-Pong & Billard Table, lounge chairs, gas grill and entertainment area. The exterior is completely screened-in offering a private heated pool and spa. With our "South" exposure, you'll enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout the day. Experience breathtaking sunsets from our newly completed 95' dock that extends 20' outward on the waterway. Rest on our 500 sq.ft. sundeck or spend the afternoon in the lanai grilling and enjoying an afternoon of outdoor dining.
The Bahama suite "Master", features a fireplace, sitting area w/futon, Roman bathtub, his and her vanities, king-size bed, large his and hers closets, and a 42" Plasma TV. Wake up to a breathtaking waterview from the large bay windows or better yet open the sliding door and enjoy your breakfast on the veranda.
The Roman suite, "Second bedroom", features a queen-size bed and plenty of space with double entry doors facing the waterway.
The Palm suite, "2nd Master", features a king-size bed, large walk-in closet w/small office desk, and 32" Flat Screen TV.
The Safari suite, "4th bedroom" is used as a bedroon and daytime reading area. It has a large futon/sofa with storage and a twin bed. All rooms have TVs and a mix of VHS & DVD's.
The Great room is equipped with a 52" Flat screen, surround sound system stereo system, VHS\DVD combo. Video library provided. Relax in style with "Decora" leather love chair with dual recliners, large sofa w/queen size sleeper and a reclining chair.
Our home is perfect for couples and children. Enjoy the pool while you grill the fish you just caught off the dock. Beach chairs, beach towels, wheeled coolers, fishing rods, bikes, and water toys are available for your use.
