My husband, daughter and her family stayed for a week. The cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. My two grandchildren were with us and had an amazing time. The hot tub, snow and the views just made it the perfect vacation. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to emails. My family plans to do this trip again and stay in this same cabin.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We stayed her the week before Christmas last year as our family Christmas present. We have 3 children ranging in age from 6-13. The cabin was cozy and clean, with plenty of space and all the convenience of home. The kids enjoyed the games provided, as well as the wonderful selection of DVD and VHS movies. The hill outside was perfect for sledding and it was just a short drive to the lake to enjoy some ice fishing. We really enjoyed the hot tub, as well as the gas stove (no mess or work!). The owners had also decorated with a small tree and lights. This trip was our family's entire Christmas present, so I worried that once we got home and the reality of no presents from mom or dad under the tree would set in, that the kids would be disappointed. Not so! They insisted that it was the best present ever and keep asking if we can go back next winter. We've stayed in other Georgetown Lake rentals and this is by and far our favorite. We look forward to making this place a new tradition!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We really enjoyed Whispering Pines Cabin last weekend... fabulous base, in a fabulous place! The cabin is great... everything you need. The hot tub on the deck is a great place to watch the stars come out and the sun come up! The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill worked great... eating outside on the picnic table was great looking out over the valley and up to the mountains. Great location in between Philipsburg and Anaconda... don't miss Does Soda Fountain and the Sweet Palace in Philipsburg. And if you're into hiking, take the Storm Lake trail up to Goat Flat... beautiful hike! (And we you get up to the pass before Goat Flat, be sure to head left towards Rainbow Mountain so you don't miss the gorgeous view of Storm Lake and Georgetown Lake.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.
