GRAND PAVILLION POOL AREA Access. Usually no fee off season September -May. Free after 6:00 p.m. This is the place to hang out during Summer evenings! Music, concerts, etc. 2 great GOLF COURSES. Free shuttle trolley within resort. Public bus to downtown Mt. Pleasant/Charleston.

BEAUTIFUL- 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,200 square foot villa. Each bedroom has private bath, separated by family room. Black-out draperies in each bedroom.

Beach chairs. Pool toys. Overlooks Lagoon - nature at its best. Family oriented with games, books, dvd's, even videos!! We cater to families who love cozy and comfortable accommodations at an affordable price. Fish from the Lagoon fishing dock in complex.

Closest CONDOS to beach that are not on beach. Free Beach parking pass. 6 minute walk to beach. THIS WILL BECOME YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Excellent references - 14 years of booking "by owner".

Top cabinet above stove usually has good supply of coffee filters, spices, oils, etc. Hair dryer. Soaps, linens, etc. provided - no charge for cleaning or linens. LOTS OF EXTRA TOWELS AND SHEETS.

Good quality TV with DVD in each bedroom. Lots of cable channels. ESPN+. WI-FI.

Wild Dunes has great nature trails to bikes ride on or walk. Fun, family beach.

I prefer renting direct to families. You save at least 30% and I establish a personal relationship with my guests. Less damage to my unit results from this. Many of my guests are repeat guests.

    Just got back. We just loved our stay at your condo. The bikes really added to our vacation. Having them available 24/7 made it perfect. Enjoyed fully equipped kitchen - coffee, spices, etc. made it very nice. Beds so comfortable!! This seemed like a home away from home and we look forward to returning. The walk-in shower was very convenient for our elderly parent. Kids loved TV/DVD in guest bedroom.

    Your condo was just right for us. Bedrooms nice and large. Thanks for the pack n' play - very convenient and our toddler loved the little portable bed. Used the heated pool daily - so much fun. Bike shop great and let us attach tandum's to your bikes. Was too cold in March for beach except brisk walks. Look forward to returning during the Summer and warmer weather.

  • This was our 5th year renting this great condo. It is truly like home. Great Kitdhen equiped and stocked with the condiments and coffee etc.which you don't find with resort rentals or realtors. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Bikes would cost more than $60 to rent from local bike shop. Beach club is convenient with changing rooms and outside shower. Our family loves it and we will be back next year. Jean is a dream to work with.
