SPORTSCARD allows access to tennis, healthclub,sauna. Heated Recreation Pool. Childrens' activities and camps. Grand Pavillion!! All activities require a fee to be paid. 2 BIKES TO USE FREE OF CHARGE. Enjoy bike and walking paths. FREE POOL IN CONDO COMPLEX. GRAND PAVILLION POOL AREA - free after 6:00 p.m. Off season usually no fee. WILD DUNES has right to charge for Pavillion. This is the place to hang out during Summer evenings!! Music, concerts, etc. 2 great GOLF COURSES. Free shuttle trolley within resort. Public bus to downtown Mt. Pleasant/Charleston. BEAUTIFUL- 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,200 square foot villa. GROUND FLOOR. No carrying luggage & beach supplies up & down many stairs. Beach chairs. Pool toys. New tiled bathroom with walk-in shower; new hardwood floor in sitting room June 2008. Fish from the Lagoon fishing dock in complex. Closest CONDOS to beach that are not on beach. Free Beach parking pass. 6 minute walk to beach. THIS WILL BECOME YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Excellent references - 12 years of booking "by owner". Two queen-size beds and one double-size bed. Plus 1 QUEEN SOFA and 1 folding twin bed for toddlers! CHILDRENS' PACK 'N PLAY. Each bedroom/bathroom separated by kitchen/family room for total privacy. Deck overlooking quiet Lagoon off of each bedroom. Kitchen fully-equipped, Microwave. Full-size washer and dryer. Condo is extremely clean and well-maintained. We use it regularly as our personal home. THIS WILL BECOME YOUR 2nd HOME ALSO!! Top cabinet above stove usually has good supply of coffee filters, spices, oils, etc. Hair dryer. Soaps, linens, etc. provided. Good quality TV with DVD in each bedroom and family room. Lots of cable channels. ESPN. WI-FI in condo. Wild Dunes has great nature trails to bikes ride on or walk. Fun, family beach. I prefer renting direct to families. You save at least 30% and I establish a personal relationship with my guests. Less damage to my unit results from this. Many of my guests are repeat guests.

April l - May 30th - $195.00 night. 5 night Min. JUNE-AUGUST $1,600.00 week only.
Monthly rental available. Jan. 1 -March 14,09. $1,650.00. 1-3 people.
