This resort Condo has a beautiful unobstructed view of Tampa Bay, looking west toward St Petersburg. It is steps away from the water at Bahia Beach, also known as "Little Harbor". There is a large, heated pool in an enclosed community area. Bahia Beach is a small island which also has a resort hotel, a very nice restaurant, tennis courts, three marinas, and beautiful beaches.
This condo has water on three sides, with Tampa Bay to the West, a boating channel and a bird sanctuary to the East. This is an isolated, quiet, no-traffic area at the end of the road, but big-city activities are nearby in Tampa and Bradenton. Orlando is a short drive away.
This 1100 square foot Condo is nicely decorated and has all modern conveniences, including new appliances. It is on the top floor (there are only two floors above ground level, which has an enclosed parking area for two cars). It has the best view across the bay. St. Petersburg, about eight miles away and the Sunshine bridge, about nine miles are visible most days. Sunsets are magnificent.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen bed. Daily viewing from the screened deck include sailboats on the bay, cruise ships sailing to and from the terminal at Tampa, dolphins, manatees, and, of course the nightly sunset show.
