Why the Owner Chose Orange Tree
I love the Orlando area, especially the parks. We have many memories of visiting Disney World and Sea World.
The Unique Benefits at this House
After a full day at the parks, our family enjoys the peace and privacy of our swimming pool and spa.
Owner's Map of Orange Tree
We purchased this house, not only as an investment, but also as a house that we would spend a lot of time at. Pictured is my grandaughter, Charlotte Sophia and I in our swimming pool.

We have stayed at this house 2 years in a row (2006 and 2007) It's a wonderful house. We really enjoy the pool. Renting a house in Florida is really the way to go. Much better than a hotel. I have recommended this house to all my friends. Enjoy it for yourself. Janice Leggins

No worries indeed! My family and I oved staying at this beautiful home. It was great. Just what we needed for 7 people. We could have even added a few more family members and still had plenty of space. Having 3 bathrooms was great when everyone was trying to get ready at the same time and my daughter, who is obsessed with Mickey, loved the Mickey and Minnie room. We stayed there and drove back and forth to all of the Disney parks during the week. It wasn't a bad drive at all (10-15 minutes with traffic) with plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants along the route. When we go back, I will most definately consider staying at this home again. Very quick response from owner with regards to renting this property and the entire transaction was handled very smoothly.....I highly recommend this home!

This was our second stay at Hakuna Matata, and this time we brought the grandchildren. They of course loved the pool, we all did. A wonderful way to cool off mid-day when taking a break from the theme parks. The house was spacious, immaculate and very comfortable. I hope sometime we will be able to come back for a third time.

This was the first time we rented a house for our vacation. House was meticulous, comfortable and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was very quiet. Kids loved the pool. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I have stayed in quite a few rental properties in orlando area but this was by far my favorite! The floor plan and the layout of the house was perfect for us! It was also only about 20 min from Disneyworld which was also great! I absolutly love this house and will definitely love to stay here again! Thanks so much!

We have rented this home for 3 years, now. Obviously, we are very happy with the owner and the managemnet company. Features, updates, location, lay-out, price, you name it.....................this place has it. It is near Disney, but away from all the traffic. We can only HOPE that it is available to us in the future. We have stayed in other homes in past years, but none as fine as this one. The owner is fair and accomodating. The managemnt company is prompt, thorough, and courteous. Bill and Char from MI

This past July 2009 was the best vacation our family has had to date. Last year we also went to Disney World but stayed in a hotel. There is no comparison! The quiet surroundings, private pool and jacuzzi, breathable living areas and with Walmart just down the road, we ran the bar b que grill hot! The entire transaction and communication with Kevin was smoothe and hopefully he'll be hearing from us soon because my 5 year old daughter just can't get over the fun she had and every time my sister-in-law visits (yes, she was also on the adventure), memories of Blossom Hill Loop and Hakuna Matata is the first item on the agenda. Thanks Kevin, your home was an enjoyable experience. - The Robinsons, Cayman Islands.

The family is now back in TN after a week in your wonderful house. My daughter said this was the way to go, especially with a young child. The pool was just steps away from the covered porch so when our grand daughter was tired we didn't have to pack up and go in. All of Orlando was within minutes and the easy to find. Neighborhood very clean and quiet. Orange trees were a plus as well. What more can I say? This is the way to vacation (a house with all the amenities, private pool and hot tub). You wouldn't get that at a hotel.

This place is awesome! My husband and I stayed here while at a softball tournament in Clermont. Still the best deal around even for just two. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. Great for walking. The house and accommodations were more than we could ask for. Don't pass it up.
