Exceptional Gulf-Front Condo is an Upper-Corner unit of a newer, 6-unit building named ISLAND SANDS. Very few condo buildings have the charm and privacy of this one. From inside, and especially on the balcony, the views of the gulf and beach are awesome! Enjoy a wonderful setting for watching people, seagulls/pelicans, dolphins, and magnificent sunsets! This unit is upscale, beautifully furnished and decorated, and in a great location.
Master Bedroom has a king bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, phone, and 20" cable TV/DVD. Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and ceiling fan. Large Kitchen is fully-stocked, has seating along its big counter, plus a dining table. Living Room has a ceiling fan and leather couches (one is a pull-out sofa bed). Entertainment Center has 27" cable TV, CD/DVD player and stereo receiver with four speakers.
Covered Balcony has a round table with two tall chairs, and two lounge chairs with footstools & endtable. Swimming Pool is heated for cooler months, and adjacent to a spacious Sun Deck with chairs, loungers, and a big Gas Grill.
AREA: Scenic and Uncrowded! The condo is in a very desirable, less touristy location between busy Clearwater & St. Pete Beaches. Just 35 minutes from Tampa Int'l and 25 minutes from St. Pete/Clearwater Airport. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs about every hour from the condo: north to Clearwater Beach or south to Treasure Island for shopping at historic John's Pass.
RENTAL PERIODS: Saturday - Sat. rentals are highly preferred throughout the yr. Mid-week rentals (less than 7 nights) are sparingly considered, but are accepted more on short notice and during less popular rental months (Sept - Jan). Multi-Week rentals are discounted based on the month and number of weeks requested: 10-Week Maximum.
EXTRA GUESTS: Rates are based up to four guests; maximum of six per rental. Each extra guest (one or two) is $90 a person per week; children four years or less are free.
DEPOSIT: 25% of the total rental cost is required to book. The balance (paid in-full) is due at least 30 days before the first rental date.
CANCELLATION: 45 or more days from first rental date, Deposit (minus $50) is refunded; 44 - 30 days, Deposit is non-refundable. Within 30 days of first rental date, full payment is non-refundable.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Allows cancellation at any time for a full refund of deposit or fully-paid reservation - certain terms and conditions apply. Cost is 7% of total rental charge, and must be paid when booked.
MAJOR HOLIDAYS: 10% Rate Surcharge applied to these weeks: Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th.
MISC: Sorry, no pets allowed. Smoking only on balcony, please. Two assigned parking spaces (12 & 13) are under the bldg. Baby items furnished upon request; cost for up to 7 nights: Crib $65, Highchair $49, or both $95.
