Fabulous Gulf-Front Condo is an Upper-Corner unit of a newer, 6-unit building named ISLAND SANDS. Very few condo buildings have the charm and privacy of this one! From inside, and especially on the balcony, the views of the gulf and beach are awesome. Enjoy a wonderful setting for watching people, seagulls, dolphins and incredible sunsets! This unit is nicely furnished/decorated and in a great location. Several good restaurants are a short walk, including the very popular and fun Crabby Bill's.
Master Bedroom has a king bed, full bathroom and 20" TV/DVD. Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and full bathroom next door. Large Kitchen is fully-stocked, seating along its big counter with free Wireless Hi-Speed Internet, and a dining table. Living Room has leather couches with pull-out sofa bed. Entertainment Center has 32" cable TV, CD/DVD player and FM receiver. Ceiling fans in each room.
Covered Balcony has a high-table with two chairs, and two lounge chairs with footstools and end table. Swimming Pool is heated for cool months and adjacent to the Sun Deck with chairs, recliners and Gas Grill.
RENTAL PERIODS: Saturday to Saturday (7 or 14 night) rentals are highly preferred throughout the year. Mid-Week requests (less than 6 nights, or 8 to 12 nights) are seldom quoted, but sometimes during slower months, or when either the check-in or checkout day is Saturday. Best chance is short notice requests: dates still open within 2 weeks of the first rental date.
DEPOSIT: 25% of the total cost is required to book. The balance (paid in-full) is due at least 30 days before the first rental date.
EXTRA GUESTS: Rates are based up to 4 guests, maximum of 6 per rental. Each extra guest (1 or 2) is $90 a person per week, children 4 years or less are free.
MULTI-WEEK RENTALS: Amount of discount is based on which month(s) requested (Spring is least discounted) and the number of weeks: 10-Weeks max.
HOLIDAY PREMIUMS: 10% Base Rate Surcharge applied to the weeks of Easter and July 4th.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: Allows cancelation at any time for a full refund of deposit or fully-paid reservation, certain terms/conditions apply. The cost is 7% of total rental cost, and must be paid when booked.
CANCELATION: 45 or more days from first rental date, Deposit (minus $100 fee) is refunded. 44 - 30 days, Deposit is non-refundable. Within 30 days of first rental date, full payment is non-refundable.
NOTE: No pets allowed, sorry. Absolutely no smoking in condo; if must, only on balcony please.
PARKING: Under the building, our two spaces (12 & 13). Also, two visitor spaces.
PERKS: At Plumlee Properties, free DVD Rentals (1 at a time) & free daytime Bike Rentals per availability.
BABY ITEMS: Delivered to condo, up to a week or longer. 7 nights: Crib (full-size) $60, Highchair $25, Stroller $40, etc.
AIRPORTS: Tampa Int'l (TPA) 25 miles. St. Pete/Clearwater Int'l (PIE) 18 miles.

SUNCOAST TROLLEY: Stops near the condo about every hour. It traverses all of Gulf Blvd: north to Clearwater Beach, south to Treasure Island for shopping at historic John's Pass and to St. Pete Beach.

Morning coffee out on the balcony while dolphins swim just off the beach. Evening glass of wine before dinner as the sun dissolves into the gulf of Mexico. Shelling and fishing right on the beach downstairs. Actually finding shells and catching fish right on the beach downstairs. Deciding whether to take a nap by the pool or just slide the patio door open and let the sounds of the waves and birds sing me to sleep in the big leather couch. These are just some of the wonderful things we experienced on our stay last week. The place is luxuriously appointed. Big open kitchen with everything you need. Grocery stores and lots of restaurants in the area. Only a ten minute drive North to Clearwater beach if you want to hit the touristy areas. The property itself is on a very quiet stretch of beach. The only drawback is the 2 flights of stairs might be a problem for some, but you will leave in better shape than when you arrived.

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great layout and a fabulous balcony. We also loved how small the building was- there was only one other unit occupied while we were there, so it was quiet and private. We enjoyed Busch Gardens, the Clearwater Aquarium, John's Pass, and Disney while we were there- this is a great location for families with small children! It was very easy working with Roger and Plumlee Rental agency- we had no issues at all with maintenance or cleaning. We will be renting again next year!!

We stayed in this condo for a week to celebrate the 4th of July holiday... it was perfect! The unit itself is very well appointed... there was nothing we needed that wasn't there! The view of the beach is amazing. We could have stayed forever! Best of all, the location is central to many fun activities and easily accessible by the Tampa and/or St. Petersburg airports. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back for another visit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Roger, Sue & I had a great time in your awesome condo. It was a week of heaven. Your condo is beautifully decorated. The views are breathtaking of the gulf. We will miss the dolphins & their daily swim-bys. We will be back next year unless we buy 1 of the units in your building!!!!!Rick

This was our first stay at Roger's condo, it was most enjoyable! It is extremely well equipped and maintained, really spacious, comfortable and easy to access! The pool is great (as is the Gulf!) and the sunsets and view were fantastic. We'll be sure to stay again!

We have stayed in this building for 4 years now and will hopefully be going back for another fabulous holiday next year. Your condo is very comfortable and the view of the beach and sunsets is unforgetable. From the beds that feel like clouds to the complete kitchen and in-condo laundry, it is a very comfortable place to rest and relax. Shopping and dining are very close. Thanks for another great holiday.

Our family had an absolutely fabulous time during our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable and held many family and friends who came to visit us. WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AT YOUR CONDO, ONLY PROBLEM TOO SHORT. YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED CONDO AND THE VIEW IS THE BEST. SUNSETS OUT OF THIS WORLD. We absolutely loved our stay in your condo! It was very clean and homey and we felt right at home. The views and sunsets were incredible and they were the envy of friends who were staying elsewhere in Indian Rocks Beach! The owners are incredibly nice and we definitely got the impression that they want nothing but the best for their guests. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and our girls had a great time at the beach and the pool! The weather was perfect and we are already planning our return for next year.
