Exceptional Gulf-Front Condo is an Upper-Corner unit of a newer, 6-unit building named ISLAND SANDS. Very few condo buildings have the charm and privacy of this one. From inside, and especially on the balcony, the views of the gulf and beach are great! Enjoy a wonderful setting for watching people, seagulls, dolphins, and beautiful sunsets! This unit is upscale, nicely furnished/decorated, and in a convenient location.

Master Bedroom has a king bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, phone, and 20" cable TV/DVD. Guest Bedroom has a queen bed, closet, and ceiling fan. Large Kitchen is fully-stocked, has seating along its big counter, plus a dining table. Living Room has a ceiling fan, leather couches with pull-out sofa bed, and free Wireless Hi-Speed Internet. Entertainment Center has 27" cable TV, CD/DVD player and stereo receiver with four speakers.

Covered Balcony has a round table with two tall chairs, and two lounge chairs with footstools & endtable. Swimming Pool is heated for cool months and is adjacent to the Sun Deck with chairs, recliners, and Gas Grill.

RENTAL PERIODS: Saturday to Saturday rentals are highly preferred throughout the yr. Mid-Week inquires (less than 7 nights) are occasionally considered, but are generally quoted on short notice requests - dates still open within two weeks of first rental date. Multi-Week inquires are discounted based on which month(s) stay is requested and the number of weeks: 10-Week Max.

EXTRA GUESTS: Rates are based up to four guests; maximum of six per rental. Each extra guest (one or two) is $90 a person per week; children four years or less are free.

DEPOSIT: 25% of the total rental cost is required to book. The balance (paid in-full) is due at least 30 days before the first rental date.

CANCELATION: 45 or more days from first rental date, Deposit (minus $50) is refunded. 44 - 30 days, Deposit is non-refundable. Within 30 days of first rental date, full payment is non-refundable.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Allows cancelation at any time for a full refund of deposit or fully-paid reservation - certain terms/conditions apply. Cost is 7% of total rental charge and must be paid when booked.

HOLIDAY PREMIUMS: 10% Rate Surcharge applied to these weeks: Christmas, New Years, Easter, July 4th.

NOTE: No pets allowed, sorry. Smoking only on balcony, please.

PARKING: Under the building, our two spaces (12 & 13). Also, two visitor spaces.

BABY ITEMS: Provided upon request. Cost for up to 7 nights: Crib $65, Highchair $49, both $95.

AIRPORTS: Tampa Int'l 25 miles. St. Pete/Clearwater 18 miles.

ADDRESS - ISLAND SANDS: 504 Gulf Blvd. #206, Indian Rocks Beach, FL 33785.

SUNCOAST TROLLEY: Stops near the condo occasionally. It traverses Gulf Blvd north to Clearwater Beach, and south to Treasure Island for shopping at historic John's Pass.

  • We have stayed in this building for 4 years now and will hopefully be going back for another fabulous holiday next year. Your condo is very comfortable and the view of the beach and sunsets is unforgetable. From the beds that feel like clouds to the complete kitchen and in-condo laundry, it is a very comfortable place to rest and relax. Shopping and dining are very close. The views and sunsets were incredible and they were the envy of friends who were staying elsewhere in Indian Rocks Beach! The owners are incredibly nice and we definitely got the impression that they want nothing but the best for their guests. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and our girls had a great time at the beach and the pool! The weather was perfect and we are already planning our return for next year.   • We had a fabulous week in a beautiful condo with stunning sunset views of the Gulf. The layout is superb with lots of room in the great room/kitchen area. We were very close to restaurants and shopping but right on the beach! The only downside was that we could only enjoy a week of this lovely place. Thanks!!

  • Our visit to your condo this summer was truly amazing!! The view from the balcony was excellent and the closeness of the beach was great. The unit was very well decorated and clean. We visited Busch Gardens twice which was not too far away (about 45 mins). We hope to return again soon.

  • Awesome! Yeah that works. This is a wonderful place, Very roomy and comfortable. Its had what we needed, everytime we looked we found what we needed. I felt as if I was at my own home or cottage. I have been to other places before and I can now understand how spolied we where on this trip. I will come again. I strongly recommend this condo to anyone who would ask.   • Easy to find ,beautifully situated on Indian Rocks Beach. Apartment had all the necessities required to feel right at home. Everything was spic and span and everything looked new and well kept. The only dilemma was the fact that our stay was too short. I would recommend this to family and couples alike. We had a wonderful stay and would definately go back again.
