We have been coming to Indian Rocks for 7 years and this is the only place we have rented more than once. This was our third year, and hope there will be many more! The location is great, the condo is larger than most and wonderfully furnished. We love that the there are only six units in the building. Both the condo and property are always clean and very well maintained. The view is extraordinary! We love that we can come off the beach and walk to an eclectic array of restaurants, or take a swim in the usually quiet pool. It truly feels like our home away from home (with a better view of course!). We can't wait to come back :)

Great rental, property was as descibed, pictures are a good representation. Unit was comfortable, very clean and well maintained. No issues with any part of rental, check in and check out was easy, rental office is a block away. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends.

Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

My family and I just love coming to Indian Rocks Beach, and this was no different. The only difference is that this condo is as good as it gets. The view of the ocean is second to none. Sunsets from the Balcony get no better. Everything was wonderful. The rental company Plumlee was a pleasure to deal with. We had a minor problem in the condo,and they had it repaired and working within a couple of hours. The last rental agency we dealt with wouldn't even return a phone call. This condo is well equiped and clean. We thank Roger and his family for sharing it with us and Plumlee for making our stay enjoyable. I should thank the pool guy too. He entertained the children with pictures. We will be back.I would recommend renters read the tips left by previous renters. We have been to the area previously, yet we learned something new and really appreciated the tip.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

just got home from a weeks stay at this beautiful condo. The photos do not do the place justice. Had a great time, within walking distance of food and drink., Very clean and organized, within easy driving distance of anything and everything. Had all the plates/silverware/blender, etc. that you can ask for. no doubt we would come back. Don't miss the dolphins swimming by yards offshore.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This condo is extremely attractive, clean, and comfortable. It has everything you need including the best view of the beach and gulf you can imagine. We've had a wonderful week here and if we ever return to this area, we would definitely try to stay in this condo again.

Peaceful Paradise

Morning coffee out on the balcony while dolphins swim just off the beach. Evening glass of wine before dinner as the sun dissolves into the gulf of Mexico. Shelling and fishing right on the beach downstairs. Actually finding shells and catching fish right on the beach downstairs. Deciding whether to take a nap by the pool or just slide the patio door open and let the sounds of the waves and birds sing me to sleep in the big leather couch. These are just some of the wonderful things we experienced on our stay last week. The place is luxuriously appointed. Big open kitchen with everything you need. Grocery stores and lots of restaurants in the area. Only a ten minute drive North to Clearwater beach if you want to hit the touristy areas. The property itself is on a very quiet stretch of beach. The only drawback is the 2 flights of stairs might be a problem for some, but you will leave in better shape than when you arrived.

Wonderful beach vacation

This condo was perfect for our beach vacation. The condo was clean and comfortable, with a great layout and a fabulous balcony. We also loved how small the building was- there was only one other unit occupied while we were there, so it was quiet and private. We enjoyed Busch Gardens, the Clearwater Aquarium, John's Pass, and Disney while we were there- this is a great location for families with small children! It was very easy working with Roger and Plumlee Rental agency- we had no issues at all with maintenance or cleaning. We will be renting again next year!!

Wonderful Get-Away!!

We stayed in this condo for a week to celebrate the 4th of July holiday... it was perfect! The unit itself is very well appointed... there was nothing we needed that wasn't there! The view of the beach is amazing. We could have stayed forever! Best of all, the location is central to many fun activities and easily accessible by the Tampa and/or St. Petersburg airports. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back for another visit.

Roger, Sue & I had a great time in your awesome condo. It was a week of heaven. Your condo is beautifully decorated. The views are breathtaking of the gulf. We will miss the dolphins & their daily swim-bys. We will be back next year unless we buy 1 of the units in your building!!!!!Rick

This was our first stay at Roger's condo, it was most enjoyable! It is extremely well equipped and maintained, really spacious, comfortable and easy to access! The pool is great (as is the Gulf!) and the sunsets and view were fantastic. We'll be sure to stay again!

We have stayed in this building for 4 years now and will hopefully be going back for another fabulous holiday next year. Your condo is very comfortable and the view of the beach and sunsets is unforgetable. From the beds that feel like clouds to the complete kitchen and in-condo laundry, it is a very comfortable place to rest and relax. Shopping and dining are very close. Thanks for another great holiday.

Our family had an absolutely fabulous time during our stay at this condo. It was very comfortable and held many family and friends who came to visit us. We lived just a few miles away from this condo a few years ago and knew we would be satisfied with it's surroundings. Everyone who visited us loved the condo and all it's modern amenities. WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AT YOUR CONDO, ONLY PROBLEM TOO SHORT. YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND TASTEFULLY DECORATED CONDO AND THE VIEW IS THE BEST. SUNSETS OUT OF THIS WORLD. We absolutely loved our stay in your condo! It was very clean and homey and we felt right at home. The views and sunsets were incredible and they were the envy of friends who were staying elsewhere in Indian Rocks Beach! The owners are incredibly nice and we definitely got the impression that they want nothing but the best for their guests. The condo was exactly what we were looking for and our girls had a great time at the beach and the pool! The weather was perfect and we are already planning our return for next year. We had a fabulous week in a beautiful condo with stunning sunset views of the Gulf. The layout is superb with lots of room in the great room/kitchen area. We were very close to restaurants and shopping but right on the beach! The only downside was that we could only enjoy a week of this lovely place. Thanks!!

Our stay was simply fabulous! The condo is beautiful, fully stocked and oh what a view! The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. A wonderful, relaxing stay in a very upscale condo in a quiet neighborhood.

Our visit to your condo this summer was truly amazing!! The view from the balcony was excellent and the closeness of the beach was great. The unit was very well decorated and clean. We visited Busch Gardens twice which was not too far away (about 45 mins). We hope to return again soon.

Awesome! Yeah that works. This is a wonderful place, Very roomy and comfortable. Its had what we needed, everytime we looked we found what we needed. I felt as if I was at my own home or cottage. I have been to other places before and I can now understand how spolied we where on this trip. I will come again. I strongly recommend this condo to anyone who would ask. Easy to find ,beautifully situated on Indian Rocks Beach. Apartment had all the necessities required to feel right at home. Everything was spic and span and everything looked new and well kept. The only dilemma was the fact that our stay was too short. I would recommend this to family and couples alike. We had a wonderful stay and would definately go back again.
