This beautiful home is located in the gated community of Corte Bella. It is a Del Webb active adult country club with friendly people! The smoke-free home was completed in August, 2005. It has 1650 square feet, plus covered patio and a patio in the front.
This home is elegantly furnished and has two bedrooms plus a den, a great room, dining room, and a large kitchen with bar stools for eating in the kitchen, two bathrooms, and a laundry room with adjacent hobby/exercise room. This home has excellent access to Highway 303 and is close to the golf course, pool, exercise center and social center.
The house has upgraded tile floor, berber carpet and custom wood blinds throughout. The walls are custom painted with two-tone paint. THE HOUSE IS PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED WITH EVERYTHING NEW (including trees, pictures, and decorative items in all the rooms).
The living/great room has a comfortable sectional sofa and matching end tables and coffee table. The sofa converts into a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The entertainment center holds a SONY 32 inch HDTV, DVD, and Stereo with SURROUND SOUND. There is a ceiling fan.

Large appliances include a 26 cubic foot GE refrigerator with water and ice dispenser on the door, a GE Profile oven and microwave, dishwasher, and a smooth top stove. Small appliances include a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, mixer, steamer, crockpot, and electric can opener.
The master bedroom has a very large bay window that looks out to the Corte Bella approved fenced in backyard. It is furnished with a king bed, dresser, two nightstands with bedside lamps, a SONY 30 inch HDTV with stereo radio. There is also a clock radio and phone.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, entertainment center and matching nightstands, a mirror, bedside lamps, and phone. There is a ceiling fan.
The den has a desk, computer workspace, storage, and file cabinets with two chairs. There is overhead lighting and a lamp.
The master bathroom has two sinks, separate shower with bench and walk in closet. There are plenty of linens, blankets, towels. The second bath has a tub and shower.
The laundry room has a GE washer and dryer. There is an expanded garage, door opener, water softener and the landscaping is watered automatically with a irrigation system set on a timer.
There is patio furniture with glass tables on the front and rear patio along with eight chairs, a chaise lounge, and a gas grill with cooking tools.

Dennis and Sharon Ladwig (owners) live in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Dennis is a retired Community College President and Sharon is a registered nurse. Both Dennis and Sharon continue to work. Dennis is running a private business in Sheboyga. Our three daugthers live in Nashville, Oostburg, WI and Pewaukee, WI. As owners, we use the home in February, March, and April of each year.

This home is brand new. We stayed in the home from August 17, 2005 to August 26, 2005 to finish the final furnishings,installation of the televisions and radios, and go through the home and landscape orientation. The home was professionally decorated. Everything is provided. You are sure to enjoy this wonderful home.
