High Point Villa is beautifully decorated, four bedroom, three bath, vacation home within 12 minutes of Disney World in a quiet development (Westbury).
The new Champions Gate Golf Complex is within five minutes as is a Publix grocery store, a Walgreens Pharmacy, and a liquor store. A Walmart Supercenter is less than ten minutes away. A hospital is two miles away as well as a walk-in clinic. There a many restaurants nearby if you do not feel like cooking. Some of them have take out and some will deliver to the Villa. There are sample menus located in our welcome book.
Our air-conditioned, fully furnished home offers One King Master Suite with an oversized shower and walk-in closet, Second Master Suite with queen bed also with oversized shower, and Two Twin Bedrooms that share a Third full bathroom. There is a hair dryer in every bathroom. Towels and linens are included (Even beach towels!). There is also a pull-out queen sofabed in the living room.
There is a 27 inch cable color television, DVD player, Stereo/CD Player, and X-Box (with games) in the living room for your family to enjoy. We have a selection of DVDs on site and others can be rented from a nearby video store. There are also cards and games for you to use. The living room has a ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the covered lanai and large swimming pool.
The swimming pool is completely screened-in, backs to open space pretty green hedge for privacy, is lighted, and may be heated in cooler months for an additional charge. There are inner tubes and noodles for you to play with in the pool. Beach balls are in the storage bench. There are tables, chairs, chaise lounges and an umbrella outside. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks. It is a perfect spot for a lovely outside meal (no bugs!). Pool-Side Party Bar. There is a Ping-Pong table in the two car garage for your use. It may be folded up and pushed to the side if you wish to use the garage for your car. We also have a fooseball table and darts.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, garbage disposal, blender, George Forman grill, coffee maker, teapot and all the pots and pans and kitchen gadgets you will need.
There is also a full-size washer and dryer and iron and ironing board if you wish to do laundry while you are there. There is a drying rack in the garage for your use as well.
Every bedroom has a cable color television and a clock radio. The children's room has a TV/DVD combination.
The King Master Suite has a private entrance to the covered lanai and the Master Bathroom also has a private entrance to the pool area.
The Queen Master Suite is at the opposite end of the Villa for more privacy.
There are two telephones (one in the kitchen and one in the King Master bedroom)where guests can make free local calls. Long distance and international calls may be made through the use of a pre-paid telephone card that can be purchased at any drug store, gas station or supermarket.

Area: 12 minutes to Disney, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, 35 minutes to Orlando international airport, 25 minutes to Sea World and Wet N' Wild. Just five minutes to a hospital, golf, groceries, and dining.
