View from the balcony - St. Pete Beach Condominium This is a breathtaking, open-plan, uncluttered condominium on the fifth floor of a ten floor building in a gated complex on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. When you come into the condominium you can see St. Pete Beach to the South and a spectacular Canal (Blindpass) to the North, with the Gulf to the West. The condominium was remodelled recently and has tile floors throughout, as well as new appliances. There are two TVs and separate bedrooms, one for big people and one for the kids. The complex has two heated swimming pools, two newly resurfaced tennis courts, a fitness center, and is within walking distance of about 25 restaurants and all kinds of shops and stores. The Envoy Point complex is located well away from the main street (Gulf Boulevard), unlike many of the condominium complexes along the beaches of Pinellas County. The Tampa Bay area is loaded with cultural institutions and activities, from the world class Florida Orchestra to the Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning.
