(Be sure to stop off at COSTCO, K-Mart and Wal-Mart on your way in from the airport!) Feel like barbecuing? Two brand new, beautiful, gas efficient, BBQ's and tables in the common eating area . . . right by the pool, of course!
Need some Gray Poupon? Less than 5 minutes south on Kihei Road there’s Star Market, Foodland and Safeway, (bring your Vons card) Long’s Drugs (they have everything), and many other shops, and restaurants! We are centrally located and are a truly great, affordable value!

OUR TERMS:
1. A minimum $200 deposit is required to secure reservation and
must be received within seven (7) days of request to avoid
automatic cancellation.
2. All rates subject to Hawaii tax.
3. Full pre-payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
4. Four (4) night minimum. Sorry, but FOUR (4) nights!
CHECK-IN/OUT: Your arrival is scheduled for after 3:00 PM and your departure is before 11:00 AM. Alternatives MAYbe alvailable.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY; WE KNOW STUFF HAPPENS:
For a deposit refund, less a cancellation charge of $100, cancellation request is required 30 days PRIOR to scheduled arrival. In case of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, deposit will be retained. Cancellation on or after arrival date, all refunds forfeited. If space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
