It is located 10 minutes driving time from the downtown plaza and yet in the country with lots of open space and room to walk or hike and a beautiful night sky.
This architect-owned home is furnished in Southwestern and Mexican themes with original art throughout. The studio comes with a wood burning fireplace and is finished in a hard-towelled plaster with massive walls and a warm traditional chocolate brown stained floor. There is a private patio with direct views of the Sangre de Christo Mountains. Close to the College of Santa Fe for parents visiting students.
The kitchen comes fully-equipped. The bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and the primary studio is provided with a sleeper sofa. Additional roll-away beds are also available.
