Clean and quiet, this condo has three bedrooms and two baths. It will comfortably sleep up to a maximum of six people. You'll have all the amenities that make a mountain retreat enjoyable, including all new appliances, new carpeting, tile, new furnishings, a full size washer/dryer and a 3 person sauan. Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking.
Enjoy the incredible views towards Keystone Resort, with Lake Dillon in the foreground and the Continental Divide in the background. It's only two and a half miles to the Silverthorne Factory Outlet Stores and I-70 access. Another half mile from there you'll find the Dillon Marketplace with grocery shopping, restaurants, sporting goods, and more specialty stores.
Keystone Ski Resort is about ten minutes away; Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain, Loveland, and Breckenridge will take you about 15 minutes. Spend a day at Vail Resort - it's only a 30 minute drive over scenic Vail Pass! Don't want to drive? Take advantage of the free "Summit Stage" Bus System, with the bus stop just across the street.
Still have some energy left to burn after skiing, or maybe you want to rest your weary muscles in a hot tub? Head down to the Silverthorne Recreation Center, less than a five minute drive. C'mon out and have some fun in Summit County!
