This is a completely furnished home on the marina. It's next to the Bonita Boat House restaurant, marina store, and golf cart rental. There is a pool just across the street. The 2 private Master Suites have King-sized beds, private baths with Jacuzzi tubs, separate showers, and double sinks. Each bedroom also has its own television. There is a sofa bed in the Den, as well as a double futon in the downstairs carport that could accommodate a couple of teenagers who want a little privacy.
The downstairs also includes air conditioning, a 1/2 bath, television and full refrigerator. There is a large covered porch on the main level where you can enjoy spectacular views of the marsh from your rocking chair. There is also a table for outdoor eating. The fully-equipped newly installed gourmet kitchen has a table that seats 4 guests and a bar that seats 2 more. Ocean Creek golf course is only a few minutes away. It is .6 miles from beach access.

Love the house. Bright,cheery and colorful. The view was awesome and the hammock and rockers on porch were nice and comfy. Walking distance to the Marina Gen. Store and Bonito Boathouse restaurant. Wish there were more beds so more singles could go. A rollaway (single) bed would be nice. My crowd is too old for a futon or sleeper sofa. The beds, by the way, were extremely comfortable. I really liked this house and will for sure be back. Also, one of the cleanest pet friendly places I have ever stayed in at Fripp. The owners were really nice. Just a nice overall expereince. Thanks. We stayed in this lovely marsh-front home June 3-7, 2011 and we loved it! We had our three adult children and our 2 dogs with us, and it was the perfect spot to just enjoy spending time together. The 2 bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable; our son made the garage/bedroom his own, and he loved it too. We brought our food and ate every meal in the house and found the kitchen to be very well-appointed. We spent hours on the deck watching the wildlife in the marsh...we even had a baby deer come right up to the house! We found Fripp to be a beautiful, peaceful place; we enjoyed its beaches every day, rode our bikes around to explore the island, took a skiff out on the marsh and enjoyed the birds and the dolphins, fished, etc. I would certainly recommend this island and this property to others...the owners are great to work with too!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, pet owners, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Our experience with this Property and its Owners was Awesome.I have stayed at several properties in the past in different locations around The States and I have to say I have never had a better stay.The Island was wonderful and the perfect time to visit for those of us who like to get away rest,play and enjoy nature.The Owners will help you and make your plans even easier with their caring attitude and promptness.I cant wait to visit again.

REALLY LIKED THIS PLACE,EXCEPT FOR TWO THINGS:1.PEOPLE AT THE RESTAURANT STAYED AFTER THE PLACE CLOSED AND IT WAS NOISEY IF YOU WERE IN THE FRONT BEDROOM TIL 1:30 AND 2.THE FRONT BEDROOM NEEDS ROOM DARKENING SHADES OR EQUIVALENT.THIS WAS IN 2006.WE WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN THIS MAY IF CONDITIONS ARE DIFFERENT. PLEASE ADVISE
Owner response:Thanks for the input. Hopefully the restaurant no longer stays open that late. We find the marina to be very quiet except in the middle of the summer. The front bedroom has wooden blinds. We would love to hear from you about renting again.
