Only 15 minutes away (on foot or by bicycle) from the historic centre along the seafront walk or five minutes by underground or by bus (very well communicated area). This apartment is on the eighth floor (magnificent views) of one of the new emblematic buildings of Barcelona.

New building (one month old), 175-square-metre apartment, with all its rooms overlooking the park and with views to the sea from the living room. Terrace (120 square metres) accessible from all its rooms. Air conditioning and central heating in all rooms.

Living room (45 square metres) with two walls with ceiling-to-floor windows, table for ten persons, large sofa, TV, DVD, CD player, sofa bed double.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. It was a quick visit (only 3 days) but we would definitely like to return some day soon. We spent almost 2 weeks in France and added Barcelona for the end of our trip but would like to visit longer next time. The apartment on Diagonal Mar was great!! We loved the location across from the beach and close to the subway and Bus Touristic. We enjoyed paella at the restaurant that Ana recommended but best of all was Ana's welcome. She was so helpful with maps and suggestions and so very accomodating. Please extent our thanks once again to her. If we have the chance to get back to Barcelona soon, we will be contacting you.
