Comfortable, two-bedroom, two-bath, 1,175 s.f. condominium in the heart of Breckenridge, Ski Country, USA. Complex has hot tubs, sauna, washer, dryer, elevator, and parking garage, and access to year-round outdoor pool nearby. Park the car in the underground garage and walk to Main Street and ski lifts, just a block away. At the end of the day or for lunch, ski down the Four O'Clock run and walk one block back to condo.

The FREE town of Breckenridge bus service is next to the building. The Breckenridge River Front Amphitheater is across the street in the Blue River park, and restaurants and shops are all nearby.

This condominium is completely and comfortably furnished with a king bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen bed and bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a queen sofa sleeper with a 6" mattress in the living room. It is unit #108, on the first floor in quiet location in the back of the building away from the street, and just a few steps down the hall to the hot tubs. Enjoy the wood-burning fireplace in the large living room, or relax on the deck. Broadband and wireless internet service is available in the unit, and there is a CD/IPOD player in the living room. Bring your IPOD.

Besides Breckenridge, ski areas nearby include Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin and the Breckenridge Nordic Center, accessible by car or the (free) Summit County Bus. Boating is available in the summer on Lake Dillon. You can't beat the Cimarron for location, amenities and vacation value.

* CANCELLATION - cancellation more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded. No refunds 30 days or less prior to your arrival. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
* PETS - no pets are allowed.
*HOUSEKEEPING: The unit is professionally cleaned and inventoried before each guest arrives. A mid-week linens change is available for stays of 7 days or more.
*NON-SMOKING: This unit is a non-smoking unit.
