This tropically landscaped property is made up of a two story main house featuring vaulted pine ceilings and a large picture window with a tranquil ocean view in the open living room/kitchen. Downstairs consists of a 20'x40' great room with a bar, guest bedroom, and 1 1/2 baths. Upstairs off of the master bedroom you have your own private terrace with stunning ocean views and the full master bathroom has a new two-person Jacuzzi tub with ocean views from there as well! Also upstairs there is another guest bedroom and a full bath. The entire house is ceramic tiled and you will find an ocean view from every window!

DOLPHIN POINT has two guest cottages also. The pool cottage is next to the new pool accented with coconut palm trees and has a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a king size bed. The ocean cottage has a full bathroom, a king size bed, and and incredible ocean views from the sliding glass doors that lead to the outdoor covered Tiki patio with outdoor speakers.

The highlight of DOLPHIN POINT is the protected deep water boat basin with a boat ramp, a fish cleaning station, and two wooden fishing docks to house your 45' yachts or sailboats. The basin is protected by a long concrete jetty leading out to your own point with a picturesque lighthouse and a bench so you feel as though you are sitting in the middle of the ocean watching the sun rise.
