Our beautifully-kept villa is a brand new exclusive 4/5 bedroom home located on the development of Sandy Ridge. The villa is located on a large 50' plot with conservation woodland views. The pool and deck are west facing giving great exposure to the sun. After a busy day in the parks this is the ideal location to come home to and relax.
All of the furnishings have been individually chosen for a quality homely feel. Our beautiful family lounge has two sofas and armchair to relax on and a large 32" screen TV. There is formal dining for six in the area and a further breakfast table and bar stools in the kitchen. To ensure the adults can unwind bedroom 5 has a playstation games console for the children to play and watch TV on their own. Our villa boasts two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for two families.
Our first master bedroom boasts a massive king size bed and walk in wardrobe whilst the second master has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes. The two further bedrooms have twin beds and built in wardrobes. They both share the third bathroom. We have cable TV in both of the master bedrooms and in the lounge. The villa is fully air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans to help you keep cool in the summer.
Our villa has recently been fitted with a brand new games room for those rainy day days indoors. It has a full-sized ping pong table, a snooker table, a darts board complete with darts, ladies exercise dumbbells and it is fully air conditioned.
The pool is 30'x 15', fantastic for relaxing after a busy day. There are sun lounges for the sun worshippers and a covered lanai with fan and tables and chairs ideal for alfresco diners. During the cooler months there is, of course, a heater for the pool*. The pool is lit for those late-summer evening dips. The pool has its own cover and a safety barrier for small children.
Previous guests to the villa cannot believe the high standard of cleanliness at which the villa is kept. We employee one of the best, if not the best, management companies in Florida to ensure that our villa is kept at the highest quality that we know you deserve.
