Karen, We had a wonderful time in Florida. The house was perfect for Scott and I, our two children and their spouses, and our 4 grandchildren. The kids loved their rooms! As a certified lifeguard, I am always extremely vigilent with children and swimming pools. Your extra detail for pool safety was appreciated. I highly recommend your vacation home for families. Thank you for opening your lovely home to my family. We had such an enjoyable family vacation, and enjoyed our stay in your home. We had a group of 11 people in 3 families ranging from 3 years old to over 60. The kids had such fun playing in the pool, and they loved the theme bedrooms. The women loved that the men cooked for us on the grill on several occasions giving us a vacation from the kitchen. Thanks again!

We a had the pleasure of staying at Calabay Villa , Fl. during the 4/18/2011 week. We found the property to be a very nice home and we would recommend it to anyone who may be interested in a rental property. The home was very spacious and very well kept. PERFECTLY APPOINTED HOME FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN!!!! The house was very spacious and everybody had their own rooms and private bathroom as well... It was very apparent that you take a lot of pride and time in the decorating of the house... Each room had its own personal decor and theme!!! Hand painted murals throughout the house made the children's stay that much more enjoyable... However the pool area was definitely a favorite with the kids as well as the gameroom and bikes... We had a wonderful time on our vacation... Karen was always available for questions prior to our arrival during and after... My wife forgot her diamond earrings in the bathroom and we didnt not realize it until we had already arrived home from our trip... We immediatley contacted Karen and she called the management company and the cleaning crew had turned them into the office... I was very impressed with the honesty of the staff at the management company and the role that Karen played in getting them safely back to us... Will recommend this house to all of our family and friends.. Thanks again Karen, Gregg

EVERYONE MUST READ!!!! Wow!! That is all I can say about this beautiful vacation home. Each room had a special theme and the location was fantastic. My kids were so excited to stay in the "SpongeBob room", or the "Minnie Mouse Room". They had fun rotating rooms each night. The "Harry Potter" playroom was wonderful, and the details were amazing. Even my mom loved sleeping in the "Marilyn Monroe" room. So great!!! With all this being said, I cannot leave out the most important aspect of this comment. I forgot my diamond earrings by the sink in the bathroom and did not realize this until we had arrived back at our home in Arkansas. These earrings were a wedding present from my husband the day before our wedding, so very sentimental. I have never done anything like this before and I immediately panicked. We called Karen, who promptly called the management company to discover that the cleaning crew had already found the earrings and TURNED THEM IN!!! Who does that type of honest behavior this day and age??? Not many. So although I was truly impressed with the home and all that it provided, it was the honesty and integrity that impressed me the most. Thanks again so much Karen. I can honestly say that, I love you.I realise my husband has already posted a review but nevertheless I felt compelled to do so. Brandy

Karen, your home is so beautiful! The painted rooms were so fun - my kids loved them! It was so nice to be able to spread out and have our own space. The game room was a nice diversion on the rainy days & the pool was fantastic during down time! We had no problems getting to/from all the fun Florida destinations and the neighborhood was very quiet. We had a fantastic Flordia vacation & being able to stay in such a lovely, well taken care of home, was a big part of that! Thank you!!

"Hi Karen, We would like to thank you for another amazing stay in one of your homes. This was our 4th time staying with you while in the Orlando area. The 2nd time in this particular home "Calabay Villa", as well as great stays in 2 of your other homes. Calabay Villa was perfect when we stayed last year and we could not wait to return. When we arrived, we were surprised that you had already changed the themes and decorations in 2 of the rooms. Even though these rooms had already looked great and were in excellent condition, it just shows how much thought, time and care you put into each home. This definitely helps set you apart from other homes we have stayed in or viewed in the past. Ever since our first stay with you, we would not consider looking anywhere else when visiting Orlando. Your extra special touch in all that you do makes us never want to leave and always keeps us wanting to come back again for more. Even on days that we do not visit the theme parks, we are more than content to enjoy a great day in the home. From the pool/lanai, to the games room, to the entire experience that you have provided, your home is truly a vacation in itself! For anyone considering renting a home while on vacation, look no further. Karen is an absolute pleasure to deal with and goes above and beyond to accomodate in every way possible. Her homes are simply amazing and priced more than fairly for all of the additional that she provides. Renting a home can be a tough and concerening choice, but with Karen all of that is removed. She is a true professional with plenty of experience in the business. What you see is what you get, and you actually get even more than that, as you will find when you arrive. My family and I will definitely be planning our 5th stay in one of Karen's wonderful homes on our next trip to Orlando, as soon as we are able to. Hotels are something of the past for us. In most cases, you will pay the same or even less per week in a home, but receive so much more than a hotel room could ever provide. Try it once and you will wonder why you had not done it sooner! This house is literally a gemstone, of all the properties we reviewed we never believed we'll found such a beautiful house. It's exactly as in the pictures. We ran into some glitches including one with the pool, which was no fault of the owner at all, and they were very helpful in resolving it asap. Communication with Karen and Robin the property manager was excellent and prompt. We enjoyed our stay greatly and we'll definitely return next time I'm in Orlando to this home if it's available.

Karen, Your home was absolutely lovely! It was the perfect choice out of so many of the homes that I reviewed. It happily exceeded our expectations! The kids loved the game room, the Sponge Bob and Mickey themed rooms and we ALL enjoyed the pool! Thank you for suggesting that we heat the pool as it did cool down in the evenings. Heating it made it a very relaxing experience after a long day at the park! Your home was the perfect size - more than enough room to spread out. We brought my mother along and she really enjoyed having her own master suite - close to the family but plenty of privacy! One other thing that we LOVED about your home was the location. It was so close to the parks but still so quiet and peaceful. Located in a very nice gated community with easy access to shopping and dining! Karen, I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you for a wonderful vacation at your lovely home. Everything was perfect right from the begining. The booking process was quick, easy and you are a pleasure to work with. The house was super convenient to all the parks. Your wonderful home was perfect for the 11 of us. The area has plenty of shopping and family restaurants nearby. My 5 and 6 year old grandson's were especially thrilled with the Spongebob themed bedroom and of course the pool. My 7 and 9 year old grandaughters were very happy with the Mickey & Minnie themed room and my 8 year old grandaughter wound up sleeping in the Harry Potter room, which really excited her. The layout of the house is very convenient for 3 families traveling together with the 3 master suites. Best of all the house was very comfortable. We truly felt at home. The only compaint I heard from any of our family was the Children wanting more time to stay at the house and make use of the swimming pool. My 6 year old grandson was the second one up most mornings and always came downstairs with his swimsuit on, asking "can we go swimming papa?". We can't wait until our next disney vacation. We know exactly where we will be staying. Again thank you for everything.

Dear Karen, THANK YOU !!! Your home in Calabay Parc is a treasure. On a recent family trip to Disney we had the pleasure of staying in your fabulous home for a week (6 adults/ 2 children, ages 3 &5). Your villa was more than comfortable for our crowd. The children were thrilled with the theme rooms and squealed with delight upon arriving. They were completely overwhelmed upon spying the pool !! We spent many long hours at the theme parks. Just knowing we had a cozy, comfortable home waiting for our return was soothing. Your foresight and thoughtfulness in decorating your home was top notch. Dear Karen, The best part of the trip was our stay at your Calabay Villa. The temps were cool, but the pool and spa were warm. The parks were over-crowded, but your home was roomy yet cozy. We regret spending so much time away from your home. The layout of the house was perfect and the lot is sunny, spacious and private - you are correct; it is the best lot in Calabay Parc. You have provided everything a family could need and more - your thoughtfulness and care in the details are clearly seen and appreciated (we loved the Disney wall decor!). Karen, Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. There were 11 in our family and we never felt crowded. The house is beautiful and the children loved the swimming pool. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived and the furnishings and decorations in the house were very welcoming. The children also enjoyed playing in the game room. "Karen, your home exemplified and added to an amazing family vacation in early November of 2009. We had a total of 7 people in our party -- 4 adults and 3 kids from two separate families. The home is perfectly set up for this type of arrangement as it offers privacy at both ends of the home in the main floor master retreats, and the kids loved the upper level theme rooms, computer area, baths, etc. We enjoyed late afternoon / early evening snacks after returning from the Disney Parks beside the pool, thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and darts, and the game room is great. The kids hardly had time to use the PS2!! HA! The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances, plates, glasses, spices, etc., as we bought all our food and cooked evenings and breakfast at home. Your home provided a sanctuary for relaxation at the end of the days, and offered lots of separate get-away areas no matter what anyone wanted to do! I hope anyone that may be reading this will rest assured of how great an investment this is in their vacation -- worth EVERY penny and MORE! The Bennigsdorf and Hansen families from Denver, CO! Karen, We had an absolutely fabulous time in Florida, the house was so perfect for us, it was beautifully decorated and the time you had spent making everything look so put together with all the neat accessories made it even more impressive. Great books too - loved the Graham Norton one ! We all said a huge wow when we opened up the Harry Potter themed room,the murals were impressive, breathtaking, in fact all five of us went from room to room saying wow, we could not have asked for a cleaner nicer and safer home. The area too for us was great handy to grocery stores, nice eating places, especially liked Manny's thanks for the recommendation. We liked the area because it was close to all Disney Parks 15 -20 mins by car,great access to highway, but it was far enough away from all the commercial built up areas. Thank you Karen for letting us share your home, you were a pleasure to deal with, so friendly and accommodating, and to anyone with any hesitation in renting this place, dont hesitate for too long, you just might not get the weeks you want - and it would be a great shame for you to miss out on this great home. My family and I spent last week on vacation at the villa and thoroughly enjoyed it. Karen has left no stone unturned in filling the home with everything a guest could possible need. The parks are a easy 20 minute drive away. For those from the Northeast, there's a Dunkin' Donuts right on the way! After long days at Disney and Universal it was great to come back to such a nice place. My 5 yr old son loved the Harry Potter room as well as the game room. My wife and I loved being able to put him to bed at night (the Sponge Bob room was his choice) then relax and enjoy the house with our other relatives. It's a far cry better than putting him to sleep in a small hotel room, turning off the lights and watching TV at a low volume in the next bed! This was the first time we had rented a house as opposed to a hotel, but it will not be the last. We will definitely rent from Karen again.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything we could need for a 20 month old was there, including a high chair, pack and play, booster seat...The drive to the parks was not bad at all, and we kind of needed the reprieve at the end of the day. Even when there were a few little hiccups (a thunderstorm knocked out some things), the management company was very quick to respond and take care of the problems. The kids (and adults) loved the games room, and we all enjoyed the pool area so much. The paintings on the walls were so impressive and the kids really enjoyed their rooms. My 4 year old keeps asking when she can sleep in her Minnie Mouse bed again! Thanks for thinking of so many things to make a stay comfortable and enjoyable! When we come back in a few years, we will be contacting you again!

Actually, my two 5 year olds grandsons were more interested in spending the day swimming and playing games in the Harry Potter room. I asked them what the best thing was about the vacation and they both said, “swimming in the pool” and getting in the Jacuzzi. They did enjoy the parks and we did too, but it’s a long day for this age- actually it’s long for we adults. The house was a pleasure to return to after a long day- to just sit outside in the nice area and relax and watch the kids play. The location was perfect and the accommodations that you have provided were superior. We all felt as though we were living in “Cinderella’s Castle” ourselves. Again thank you for everything. Our family had a fantastic time staying in Calabay Villa! The house is beautifully decorated and includes all the amenities you could think of, from a large-screen TV & comfortable leather sofas to wireless internet access. The outdoor seating is also beautiful (fantastic to feel the cool breeze). In addition, it's a very quick drive up Hwy 4 to get to DisneyWorld, plus close to major shopping (Target, Super WalMart, etc.) I looked at many, many homes on teh internet and this was the best by far! regards Tina and family

Dear Karen We had a fantastic stay in which is truly a lovely Villa, full of everything we could require beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were a party of 11 with age ranges from nine to seventy four, and everyone was truly very happy. The villa is close to everything you need from shops to all the Parcs - must say a thank you for recommending Mannies Restaurant - we had some great nights there. Some days it was a hardship to leave the super pool and everynight I used the spa and watched the stars. My youngest and oldest boy(19) loved the Sponge Bob Room......... Thank you so much for letting us share your home - I use this word rather then Villa because it had so many home comforts and beautiful touches. I would recommend this Villa to everyone. The Villa is beautiful, with tastefully decorated rooms and clean atmosphere. The home is very inviting and the pool area is fantastic. The games room has an activity for everyones taste and enjoyment. The location is great with Walmart and target close by. The prime oulets and Orlando outlets are all within a 20 minute drive which is great shopping, and so easy to get to Disney world, sea world and other attractions. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, the pool is fenced in for small children. The master bedrooms are huge! and the children's rooms are so great with fun murals on the walls. Overall my stay there was very enjoyable and we will be returning many times. Our stay was great and your management Kimberly was so helpful and nice. I would reccomend your villa to anyone. This stay was one of the best values I have ever gotten. The villa is huge, beautifully decorated, and there are so many small details for your fun and comfort during your stay in Orlando. Some of the highlights: Pool area with dart board; fishing pier with equipment in the villa (my daughter caught her first fish); plenty of room for the whole family to "spread out"; the Master bath was great, with the extra large shower; there is plenty of shopping nearby, including Walmart and Target. The decoration deserves a second mention, Karen did a great job. Also, everything was spotlessly clean. We had one issue with the smoke alarm beeping due to low battery, and the management company came over right away to fix it. The management of the villa are extremely nice and helpful. Our stay at Calabay Villa during the week of 6/21/08 was fantastic! We had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen accessories for the adults and TV's and games for the kids. You had a perfect number of loungers and chairs by the pool and they were of excellent quality. My mother even purchased a set exactly like them as soon as we returned home!! Dear Karen, I am going to make it difficult for us to be able to get this Villa next time we come to Orlando - not because I have anything bad to say about it but because it will encourage even more people to book it. Most people who stay here comment on the character paintings on the wall and the location and games room and pool which are all fantastic but what sets this apart from anywhere else I have stayed was that it feels like a home rather than a house. This is not the type of praise I give lightly as through work I have stayed at hundreds of hotels throughout UK, Europe, the USA and Asia. The cleanliness is outstanding, EVERY single area of the house has been decorated to an amazing standard with great thought. In short, no corner has been cut. My partner commented that if you moved in to the Villa to live there you would hardly change a thing - and that is coming from a woman who is tough to please in the decor stakes! For play - the games room is excellent and far enough from the living area to let the kids be noisy and the pool is quite secluded and there is plenty of room surrounding it to dry off or lounge around. For relaxation - the beds are very comfy which is a big thing going on holiday to somehere like Disney, the couch is the comfiest I have sat/lay on and having access to all the best cable channels means that if you choose to stay in you can watch CSI Miami/Law & Order or loads of films rather than the daytime dross we usually get in the UK. Free internet and wireless availability means you can keep up to date with work or e-mails when needed. Location is excellent - Wal-Mart 2 mins away and it is easy to get to the Theme Parks within 20 minutes. Although the house has everything for you to cook there are McDonalds just a minute away if the kids need something quick. Kym from the management company made a point of visiting us early on in our first week and was very helpful, the pool guy was polite and hard-working and whoever cleans the house must be on a mission to rid the world of dust and dirt because we could not find any. Despite being more than willing to put our bin out on the right day we were beaten to it by someone else on both occasions which shows that the management company are ensuring that everything is being done to allow the next guests to stay in maximum comfort. We were so comfortable at the villa we never considered going out for dinner; we also had some fun times in the games room. There was plenty of room for everyone. Dear Karen The four of us absolutely loved the villa. It was by far the best one we have stayed in. Everything was so clean, and we loved how the home was decorated. The artwork in the childrens rooms is amazing! We would certainly recommend your villa to others and we would rent it again ourselves. I cant wait to come back in a few years when we have children of our own. We loved hanging out in the hot tub when we came home from the parks, and we didnt want to leave the pool to go out during the day. The game room was great too! Having interent access was also very convenient. We were very sad to leave and wish we could have picked up the house and brought it back to New York with us. Hi Karen, Our stay at your Villa was nothing short of delightful. We were a family of 12 (7 adults and 4 grandchildren). The accomodations met all of our needs. Particularly, having 3 toddlers, your making sure we had 3 pack and plays or "cribs" as you call them in the UK, made the mums very happy. Everything was conveniently located, Disney, shopping, and even a trip to the ocean for an afternoon (the gulf no less). The game room was awesome, and we used the bikes nearly everyday. Also, the children loved the theme rooms. Thank you for your efforts in making out stay comfortable. We will definitely look you up again for future visits to Disney. Hi Karen, Your house is absolutely amazing thank you for sharing it with us. We had a very good time. The heat in the pool and hot tub was so good after the long day at the parks. I kept saying to my husband that I wanted to stay!! Laying out by the pool with all the sunshine was perfect, quiet and very relaxing. You had all the amenities of home which made the stay so enjoyable! Not once did we wake up with sore backs the way that we usually do when staying at hotels. Everyone loved their rooms and felt very pampered in them! We are defintely talking about booking again for next year! Kymberli and her husband (the management company)were so nice as well and made sure that we were comfortable and that everything was going well! With regards to our stay at your fabulous villa, what can I say? You have a beautifully appointed home with absolutely everything one could need to ensure a great holiday - enough space to 'get away from it all' but with ample facilities to 'get together'. Endless entertainment opportunities for the kids (and big kids!) - pool, games room, den, tvs, dvds, bicycles, darts etc. There is no way that any hotel could compete with the freedom and flexibility offered by your accomodation. Choosing your villa was easy, booking it was a breeze and spending 2 weeks there was a dream. So close to all the attractions, convenient for supermarkets and malls, and your personal attention - phonecalls to check how we were doing and fast response to any queries, even from England. We are already thinking about returning to Florida when our youngest is a little older and we would definitely choose Calabay villa again. With best wishes until then, Claire Storey

Karen, I cannot stop telling everyone what a wonderful time we had staying in your Villa. It was the most relaxing, beautiful, and peaceful vacation we've had as an extended family. There was so much room for everyone to be together or spend time apart. The kids went for walks and bike rides and swam in the pool all day, every day. The pictures I sent to my friends and family of the house and our time there were very well received and I'm receiving all kinds of calls asking how I found your listing and the cost of our stay. Count on many other referrels from the Worley's!!!
