  Hi Karen, Our stay at your Villa was nothing short of delightful. We were a family of 12 (7 adults and 4 grandchildren). The accomodations met all of our needs. Particularly, having 3 toddlers, your making sure we had 3 pack and plays or "cribs" as you call them in the UK, made the mums very happy. Everything was conveniently located, Disney, shopping, and even a trip to the ocean for an afternoon (the gulf no less). The game room was awesome, and we used the bikes nearly everyday. Also, the children loved the theme rooms. Thank you for your efforts in making out stay comfortable. We will definitely look you up again for future visits to Disney.   Hi Karen, Your house is absolutely amazing thank you for sharing it with us. We had a very good time. The heat in the pool and hot tub was so good after the long day at the parks. I kept saying to my husband that I wanted to stay!! Laying out by the pool with all the sunshine was perfect, quiet and very relaxing. You had all the amenities of home which made the stay so enjoyable! Not once did we wake up with sore backs the way that we usually do when staying at hotels. Everyone loved their rooms and felt very pampered in them! We are defintely talking about booking again for next year! Kymberli and her husband (the management company)were so nice as well and made sure that we were comfortable and that everything was going well! I confess, when I’m in the home I too love the heat of the pool and hot tub after a hard day working on the home, I am not surprised you wanted to stay longer. It’s wonderful to lie in the sun on the lanai with the occasional dip back into the pool to cool off before more sun worshiping! It is imperative that all my guests find all the amenities they require and I insist on Calabay being a home from home with comfy beds, bedding and all that you require.   With regards to our stay at your fabulous villa, what can I say? You have a beautifully appointed home with absolutely everything one could need to ensure a great holiday - enough space to 'get away from it all' but with ample facilities to 'get together'. Endless entertainment opportunities for the kids (and big kids!) - pool, games room, den, tvs, dvds, bicycles, darts etc. There is no way that any hotel could compete with the freedom and flexibility offered by your accomodation. Choosing your villa was easy, booking it was a breeze and spending 2 weeks there was a dream. So close to all the attractions, convenient for supermarkets and malls, and your personal attention - phonecalls to check how we were doing and fast response to any queries, even from England. We are already thinking about returning to Florida when our youngest is a little older and we would definitely choose Calabay villa again. With best wishes until then, Claire Storey

  Karen, I cannot stop telling everyone what a wonderful time we had staying in your Villa. It was the most relaxing, beautiful, and peaceful vacation we've had as an extended family. There was so much room for everyone to be together or spend time apart. The kids went for walks and bike rides and swam in the pool all day, every day. The pictures I sent to my friends and family of the house and our time there were very well received and I'm receiving all kinds of calls asking how I found your listing and the cost of our stay. Count on many other referrels from the Worley's!!!

  Dear Karen, We really loved our stay in your beautiful, clean and spacious villa. Our daughters (5 and 6 years) would not have wanted to leave this beautiful house and their exciting rooms. They are still speaking about their 'own rooms' of Minney Mouse and Sponge Bob. They spent hours and hours in the pool. Every single day. We really felt like home. Everything we needed was provided and even more. All attractions were within a short drive. The kitchen had all appliances for making nice dinners at home.   While searching for a vacation home for my family..I came across the PERFECT floor plan..Karen's Villa! It supplied the room and comfort that my family needed as well as "beautifully" decorated and almost brand new...! We own a furniture store and I was immediately impressed by the quality furnishing in the home My "favorite" spot was the wonderful spa! Our little grandaughter "Sophia" celebrated her 4th birthday Jan 14,2008 at Cinderella's castle..and she was ready to come HOME to the villa!   The villa far exceeded our family’s expectations. The accommodations were family friendly, comfortable, well kept and decorated very attractively, we felt as though we were home away from home. The children spent hours splashing in the pool, while the adults enjoyed the Jacuzzi. We were able to avoid expensive meal dining out while we created family dinners together in the modern well equipped kitchen. The location of the villa was central to many of the Orlando attractions, easy on/off main road access, taking only minutes to get our desired destination. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home.

  Karen, As my family and I get ready to end a wonderful week vacationing here in Orlando, FL I just wanted to thank you for providing such a beautiful home, which made our vacation a great one! The house was beautiful and everything plus more than we expected in a vacation home. There were so many activities to choose from within the home that there were times we had to force ourselves to leave!! Our two year old granddaughter absolutely loved the Minnie and Mickey room and called the house "Minnie's House." She couldn't wait to get home every day to see her Minnie Mouse House.   Wow, our expectations were met and surpassed! We booked this home on a whim for a 60th birthday celebration and we were not sure what to expect. Any fears we had were to put to rest as soon as we drove through the gates to the community and saw everything this house had to offer. Not only were we a short drive to all Disney attractions and surrounded by great golf but our time at the house was fantastic. All 8 adults slept comfortably with their own private areas and we congregated in front of the huge television or out by the pool. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals and the game room provided us with tons of entertainment after dinner!   Awesome!! This home was our first home rental and we can't imagine renting elsewhere. After a tireless search of rentals, Karen's villa offers the most. The villa was certainly luxurious with many extras added for free. The drive to all the parks were very close and plenty of shopping options close by. We will definately stay here on our return trip.   We had a wonderful time. The villa was beautiful. There was much to do plenty of TVs with DVDs to watch movies, games room to keep the children busy. The pool kept all of us cool especially after spending our days at the parks. The bedrooms were huge and comfortable, they suited everyone in the family. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. The location was right in driving range to all attractions, local restaurants,stores.   WOW! We absolutely loved your villa! It was the perfect fit for the family. The decorations were absolutely unbelievable for a rental property and the little extras were really nice. We particularly appreciated the "extra conveniences" not always provided elsewhere - baby monitor, crib, stroller, pushbikes, fishing equipment, DVD's, boardgames and more. Our children loved the games room and playstation. We felt relaxed and "at home". A special mention also to the owner, Karen, who personally cares about the quality of your stay.

  This home was a dream come true for us and only 20 minutes away from Disney World! The house was absolutely gorgeous and was decorated like a model home. It was very clean and spacious (there were even animals made from towels in the master suites). A big plus was all the baby items that were available in the home (i.e. stroller, high chair, carrier, mini crib), the game room and the washer/dryer. The swimming pool, spa and patio were great and very clean. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would definitely rent this home again!

  The pictures did not capture how beautiful the home really is. The decor is very tastefully done. We especially enjoyed the "extras" that most homes do not have. The private pool is the biggest plus but the bikes, video games, DVD's and game room was a hit for the children. For us adults, the walkie talkies, alarms on the doors, stroller and computer with internet was a great convenience. The villa is located close to everything you want or need to do. Six adults, three children and an infant were accommodated very comfortably. From our vacation experiences, this was by far the best value for our money. When visiting this area again, we would hope the villa would be available. Also, the owner Karen is a pleasure to deal with. She really cares that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.

  Owner response: Thank you so much for your review. Many guests comment on how the photos do not show the true beauty of my home and that delights me making all my time worthwhile. The extras do help me rise above other vacation homes – the bikes, the entertainment and games room etc. I am a stickler for safety and insist on the door alarms ensuring that the little ones do not get onto the lanai – there I also the pool safety fence, but with the alarms you know they can not sneak out there without you being aware!   Our stay at the villa at Calabay was wonderful! The accommodations are lovely! There are plenty of towels, comfortable beds and pillows, a loaded kitchen. The furniture was all comfortable and user friendly. The game room is very fun for the kids. Our family group had children of ages ranging from two years old to 12 years old. They all loved the game room! The décor was beautiful and the specialty mural painting on the walls was a great unique touch. The baby equipment and walkie talkies were a huge convenience for us!! The location is close to restaurants and shops for convenients and the ride to and from Disney and other amusements is perfect. We had a great time and will book there again when we go back to Orlando Florida.

  This villa was beyond beautiful. Within the last 12 years, this villa is the best vacation home we’ve stayed in. The spacious rooms and incredible view of the pool combine to create a relaxing atmosphere. The kids really enjoyed the game room, the complimentary bikes, and the Play Station 2. The villa is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, shopping centers, and just fifteen minutes from Disney and Universal theme parks. For a relaxing vacation, look no further than this wonderful villa.We were the first guests in there as the house was brand new from 14th june to 18th june 07 and we have rebooked for thankgiving this year.
