How about just walking out your front door to one of the locals favorite beach's, Lahaina's Own Baby Beach? Just relax in your private yard under the umbrella table, by the ponds, eating your continental breakfast and your latte' that was made from that nice espresso machine provided in the ohana.(Cottage).
WE ARE NEW AND THE MOST AFFORDABLE 1 BEDROON 1 BATH (Home away frome home that's at least 700sq feet of living) AVAILABLE IN LAHAINA...WE ARE NOT A STUDIO!!!!! YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE BEACH OR SHLEP AROUND BLOCKS! It's all tiled and granite throughout the place, you'll love it!!!! There might be a place on an ocean, but not a swimming one!!!!!! When they say a block to an ocean, yeah sure(LOL)

Plus we're ONLY 150 ft to the Ocean's SHORE LINE. 1 house in from Ocean Front. In gate parking. We have it all!!! If you find something more afforadable..you either have to drive to the beach, or it's no way as nice..You will be thrilled you are staying at Kaimana's Beach Hale and want to return!! Aloha :)
(You know if it's NOT 6 A.M., then continental breakfast will be served or on tables for you for $10.00 a on any given day you choose., if not well, yawn yawn.) I told you, we are a "Different kind of Bed and Breakfast" However we do have occasional surprise eats even in the evening as well.
You never know what the fisherman might bring to us or How about some cookies and milk or tea before turning in for the evening? We are NOT the poster children for protocol.( Rates quoted are usually without the breakfast, but there are still little extras,if you're on a budget and since you have the kitchen, it could save you a little xtra.)Ask us about that**
Upon entering the Ohana, Kaimana's own personal gift tray is waiting for you with our "Complimentary sample bath and body products" for you to try. We also have larger sizes for sale, just ask us. A percentage of all our products will be going to the National Alzheimers Association,and various animal rights groups especially save the baby harp seals...a big thing for me.. SO not only will you feel good, but you'll be making someone else feel good as well.
After a full day in the sun and surf, use your new essential oil, or bath salts, in your private fudo tub, that is a luxury not to be missed. Are you ready for Maui's night life yet? Well then go over to the beach first and catch our amazing sunsets. Then take a walk downtown and visit some of our finest dining in the world, or you can ask us for some herbs from the garden and play kick-back and cook at home.
Whatever your pleasure we have it here, or we can get it here. Kaimana means Diamond in Hawaiian, it doesn't get any better than this for fun. BTW if you have any special needs that we might NOT for see, please ask BEFORE you arrive to save any discomfort.

Like anyone else, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
DEPOSITS:
50% is required upon making the reservation. A credit card is required for making these deposits. We accept M/C & VISA
Your reservation is only considered made on the date that when your deposit has been received. Then, reservations MUST be PAID IN FULL 20 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If we do not receive the balance by midnight on the 20th day prior to arrival, you will lose your reservation and your deposit. So, please call us by then if you need to make changes. See our Cancellations/refunds policy below.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
With a 30 day written Notice during season, If we can rent out your room, you get your deposit back, minus $130.00 if NOT
50% of your deposit will be returned with a 30 day written notice.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
I thought I would do a long term rental at this location, the same way as it is when I took it over. But then I met so many unique people, and also saw the prices of Hotels and the noise they they have there, I thought, wow I've stayed in these kind of places, this location is the best,why not do it? It has worked, so here we are!
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage / Ohana
Well, some are, this location.....while we might not be right at ocean front, we are 1 house in....you hear the waves, you hear the silence, the birds in the morning, and I mean nothing else.
We call this off the Beaten Path but right here......It's a very Unique Location. This Beach is somewhat Private, usually only the locals know it, but people are getting hip to it for sure. It's a mellow beach, you can sit in a raft in the summer and just drift. But parties a sure to happen like for the 4th of July and New Years and even Halloween when people from all over seem to flock to this Beach. Then when canoe day comes, you'll see the races right outside the door...This IS an amazing location!

I used to come to this location....Lahaina's Baby Beach all the time. I found out this place was first for rent, so I grabbed it. After living in it for over 10 years or so, the property came up for sale. It didn't take a brain child to say, go for it.
