With over 1850 square feet, this bright, breezy, and scenic unit has a huge living room, dining area, and kitchen with all major appliances and ample storage. The Sands of Kahana has the biggest 3 bedroom condo on the island. There is a king size master suite right on the ocean with a two sink bath vanity, two large walk-in closets, spacious shower, and sunken tub with ocean view. The second bedroom is so large it has both king and queen size beds and an attached lanai with mountain, garden, and ocean views. The second bathroom has a separate sink vanity area and spacious shower area. The third room has two single beds and rainbow mountain and garden views. Central air conditioning and laundry within the unit adds even greater comfort and convenience. Housed at the Sands Of Kahana, all guests have access to the Kahana Beach, and an array of amenities in the complex including two ocean front pools, hot tub Jacuzzi, comprehensive pool side restaurant, full bar, exercise facility, volleyball, tennis courts, putting green and daily guest entertainment programs. Rates do not include a 13% Hawaii state and local tourist tax.  $170 maid cleaning
and $60 hotel key fee waived if renting more than 6 nights. Reduced daily rates
can be offered for longer stays.   4 night minimum required on stays, however,
4 night minimums can be relaxed 30 days prior to first rental date or if previous
rentals do not allow. Rentals booked within 30 days of first rental date qualify
for a rate of $279 a night.  We offer a 10% discount for military.
