The Sands of Kahana has the biggest 3 bedroom condominiums (1850 square feet)on the island and we are one of the few 3 bedroom units at the Sands of Kahana that has air conditioning in their unit. Our prices are low because you book directly with us and save. Other properties this size are renting for $395 a night. We eliminate the middle man (booking agent) and you save big!

Imagine spectacular ocean views and vivid rainbow skies from every perspective in this magnificent three bedroom, two bath condominium in Kahana Maui. With over 1850 square feet, this bright, breezy, and scenic unit has a huge living room, dining area, and kitchen with all major appliances and ample storage.

Here's a description of our place. There is a king size master suite right on the ocean with a two sink bath vanity, two large walk-in closets, a spacious shower, and sunken tub with ocean view. The second bedroom is so large it has both king and queen size beds and an attached lanai with mountain, garden, and ocean views. The second bathroom has a separate sink vanity area and spacious shower area.

The third room has two single beds and rainbow mountain and garden views. Central air conditioning and laundry within the unit adds even greater comfort and convenience. Housed at the Sands Of Kahana, all guests have access to the Kahana Beach, and an array of amenities in the complex including two ocean front pools, hot tub Jacuzzi, comprehensive pool side restaurant, full bar, exercise facility, volleyball, tennis courts, putting green and daily guest entertainment programs.

Rent for 7 nights and you pay for 6 nights. Each stay has a $179 maid cleaning fee
and $60 hotel room key fee. Each stay subject to 14% Hawaiian state tourst tax.
Apr 20-Jun 11 & Dec 1-15 is $269 a night. Weekly rate with tax and fees is $2112.
Sept 7-Nov 21 is $279 a night.  Weekly rate with all tax and fees is $2180.
Jan 3-April 19 & June 12-Sept 6 is $289/nt.  Weekly rate is $2249.
Thanksgving, Christmas,New Years weeks $299 a night.  Weekly rate is $2317.
Reduced rates can be offered for stays longer than 10 nights. We ask for 4 night
minimums, however we are always willing to negotiate.  Make us an offer.

  • We have been to Maui several times and this was by far the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was so big & comfortable; it easily accommodated all of us (5 adults & 2 kids). We had everything we could possible need and then some. The lanai was large enough for our entire family to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails. (The view is breathtaking!) A wonderful sandy beach is steps away. The restaurant on the property was very convenient and all the shopping you could want is just minutes away. Best of all were the Bayar's. They were so friendly and easy to work with. Mahalo Rob & Virginia! We will definitely be contacting you for all our future visits!

  • What a great way to spend a week on Maui with friends. The condo is well appointed, very spacious, super clean, and located in a very "walkable" neighborhood with easy access to Kahana Beach, parking, and retail shops. There were only 4 in our group, but the condo could comfortably accommodate more. It's a great place for cooking, entertaining, or just relaxing and taking in the spectacular ocean view - the real highlight of the condo that provided hours of entertainment. The ocean is, after all, what a trip to Maui is all about.

  • We had a great vacation at Sands of Kahana. We want to thank Rob and Virginia Bayer for providing a wonderful condo for the use of the guests. The condo has beautiful view and lots of space. It is an amzing place for a family vacation or time with friends or for honey-moon. It was very easy to work with Rob and Virginia in making all the arrangements for this trip. They are a great couple who take lot of interest so that their guests enjoy the stay in the best possible way. We love to go back in the near future. The size and amentites of the condo were perfect for our family. The location of your condo was great - not only to surrounding towns but being right on the beach and a minute from the pool.   • Our family loved staying in the Condo, the kids say it was like a mansion. I especially liked the fully equipped kitchen with a large double sink. The lanai (balcony) is where we ate our meals, the pull down tarps kept us comfortable on windy days. Getting our daughters wheelchair in and around the entire condo was easy. The bedrooms were spacious. It was easy to get to the beach. And the beach was great. Facing the ocean was amazing. Opening the windows and getting a breeze was refreshing. Multiple TV's were a good feature. The pools were nice. The staff were helpful and quick to be of service. Nice to have the washer and dryer in there as well. Grocery stores and all amenities are right across the street. We want to come back, but this time, the kids say we need to go horseback riding.

  • I spent hours researching our lodging for our 30th wedding anniversary. Boy, did I make a great decision! This condo has a million dollar view that made each day of our stay simply wonderful. Talk about spacious! All five of us had plenty of room to roam which was important with two teenage girls. Sands of Kahana has it all. We loved the bar-b-que grills, the abundance of parking, and the sandy beach for swimming. Of course my choice would be here the next time we return because our stay this time was perfect. Rob was very prompt in responding to all of my questions, and made the business transaction very easy. Thanks Bayers for sharing your condo with us. I now know what paradise is!

  • The condo is absolutely wonderful. Plenty of room to relax, it was spotless, and included all the comforts of home. Not to mention the easy access to the not so crowded beach and pools. Definitely felt like a home away from home. We loved watching enjoying breakfast every morning and watching the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Speaking of sunset-no place better to view the sunset than from the lanai or the beach right out side the door. Lastly, everyone we met was very friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.

  • Our family had a wonderful holiday in your unit this Jan. We spent 3 weeks in paradise, the unit was huge, especially the large bedroom, where our kids AND our grandkids could sleep. The unit was stalked with everything we could possibly need, and THE VIEW, wow!! If we are ever so blessed to have the opportunity to holiday with our kids again, this is where we would want to stay.   • We had a wonderful time in this condo. The view of the Pacific was spectacular with the added charm of whales breaching in the distance. The oceanside location made it extremely easy to get to the beach for swimming or snorkeling, and for the few intrepid amongst us for surfing at the park nearby. The apartment itself was clean and commodious. The kitchen and bedrooms were clean and well stocked with all of the essentials for a pleasant stay. I will recommend this apartment to any and all of my friends and we hope to rebook next year.
