This lovely Villa is located in a Gated Community on a bay and beachfront area on the Island of Hispañola in the middle of this Caribbean area. This location is an absolute Tropical Paradise with year round temperatures averaging 80°F. The country is called the Dominican Republic with the entire country appearing to be a huge Botanical Garden.
We call it the lost Garden of Eden. The countryside goes from sea level beaches to 10,000 foot mountains in the interior. So you can use your own imagination as to the magnificent views to behold throughout this Tropical Paradise. Our property consists of 30 acres on a point surrounded on 3 sides by lovely little romantic beaches.

Summer (May 01-Dec 14) .. $ 895/week (up to 4 people)
Add $129 per week for each additional guest (over 4).
Winter (Dec 15-Apr 30) .. $1195/week (up to 4 people)
Add $169/week for each additional guest (over 4).
A 50% deposit is required at time of making reservation.
