LOCATION! LOCATION!! LOCATION!!! Tyra Riverbend complex is a true ski-in/ski-out located at the base of the Snowflake Lift Chair. Riverbend is also just a three block walk to Town or hop on the free shuttle out front of the complex for a lift to town, to the Base of Peak 9, or transfer to anywhere in the county...including Keystone for night skiing, Arapahoe Basin, Copper, Silverthorne Outlet Malls, Friso or Dillon Marinas.
This luxury condo has not one but two master suites, each with its own private deck, bathroom, and cable TV. The huge third bedroom houses not only a queen bed but also two sets of bunks (4 twins), great for kids or a third couple. All rooms have new pine interior trim to make you feel like you have your own private lodge.
The condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen with brand new granite countertops and copper sink/fixtures. A full-size washer/dryer is also in the unit for added convenience. Vaulted ceilings in master suites and living room provide a spacious and open atmosphere. Get a beautiful bird’s eye view of Snowflake Lift and surrounding trees.
Relax in the complex’s outdoor and indoor (handicap accessible) tubs, sauna, or steamroom. Unwind with a book next to the fireplace in the beautiful lodge room. Other amenities include heated underground parking, private indoor lockers, and exercise room.
Summertime is just as great with an amazing stream and easy hiking trail to follow under the Chairlift right outside. Hike as little or as long as you like. Easy for young, young-at-heart and strollers.
