Our luxury villa is in the prestigious, gated community of The Hamlet at West Haven which is an excellent location just 15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. It features four beautifully furnished bedrooms with en-suite facilities and TVs/DVDs. Newly installed GAMES ROOM equipped with Pool Table, Air Hockey and Table Soccer. The spacious living room is complete with comfortable sofas and entertainment centre with large TV ( 300 channels), DVD,and CD player/Radio. There are two separate dining areas: one with a family dining table that seats eight, the other is a breakfast table seating four, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar in the fully-equipped kitchen.
Everything you will need to self cater is provided. The lovely private heated pool is fully screened with a huge covered lanai,sun longers and brand new patio set for outside dining. Perfect for relaxing after a day at the Parks or on the golf course!
The massive and exclusive new golf resorts of Champions Gate and Reunion are only 4 minutes away. The Omni Resort at Champions Gate boasts five star dining and a luxury Spa.The local shopping area at Champions Gate includes a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens pharmacy, restaurants, and take-aways including Italian, Chinese, Subway, crepes, McDonalds, as well as a 24 hour gas station with coffee shop, DVD rental store, and Bank.
Orlando Airport is only 30 minutes away and we are very conveniently located within easy access of all major routes around central Florida. When leaving Disney, take I-4 West to Exit 58 to arrive at your home-away-from-home!

It has always been our dream to own a holiday home in Florida that we can use for ourselves and rent out to other families. We chose this house as it is located in a safe, upmarket and exclusive gated community close enough to Disney and all the theme park s ( 10/15 mins) but also very quiet so that you are able to relax and enjoy being home from home.

The house is absolutely wonderful. Big bedrooms, wonderful pool and excellent game room. Kitchen is fully equipped and clean. It is 15 minutes drive from Magic Kingdom, 4 minutes from the main highway. Owners are wonderful and price is fair.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I just wanted to say thanks for all your help in our vacation this past week. It was an amazing house and had everything that we needed. The pool was a poerfect way to relax at the end of a long day. We returned home last night and our 2 year old wanted to go back to our " other house". We will definitely stay in your house for our next visit to Orlando.

My family of 6 stayed at the villa in May 2008 for 6 nights and 7 days. We had such a great experience renting from the owner of this property. He was very easy to contact and very prompt in returning emails. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The house was everything it was advertised as: clean, spacious, comfortable, as well as beautiful! The game room was a big hit with the kids. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Easy access to I-4 to the attractions. We would definitely stay there again! Thanks Jeff!

"If we decide to travel to Fory(as my grandson calls it) next winter, we will certainly have your rental at the top of the list. We really did love the house and the location. You are lucky the refrigerator/freezer and stove are still there- I wanted to bring them home with me. The house is beautiful-everything is brand new including the appliances. The beds are very comfortable. I hope you will want us as repeat customers.
