Year Purchased: 1987
We're a retired couple from Phoenix. Bill is in the real estate business and I still do some interior design. I enjoy singing with a local choir. We perform several times throughout the year.Bill loves to hunt and fish and knows all the best spots! We love boating on beautiful Redfish Lake, just 45 min. away. We love to hike and bike in the summers. We also love to travel.
Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
We first came to Sun Valley for the winters to ski with our kids. Then we found what a wonderful summer place this is. When our kids moved away from home we chose to live here full time.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We enjoy our neighbors here. There are folks from all over the U S that come for vacations and we have become good friends. There are no freeways, no long lines, no crowds. We are friends with our bankers and store keepers. Love the small town atmosphere, but it's an elegant lifestyle.
