  My wife and I "hosted" 9 teenagers at this home for a week! The layout of this house is optimal for both large parties or several couples that want community space but still have their own "escape". It feels much bigger than it is with all living areas connected. The three master suites are very spacious and the kids loved the bunk room and teen lounge area. Perfect use of space for a beach house. Both Seaside and Watercolor tennis courts were out of site but only steps away. You can walk to the Seaside Chapel in less than 1 minute and are in heart of Seaside in 2 minutes. Kids rode bikes (owner provided 9 bikes!!) all around both Watercolor and Seaside and even rode 12 mile to Rosemary Beach and 2 miles to Grayton Beach. We had access to the best of 30A beaches and kids had complete freedom to "roam". Owners were very responsive and genuinely concerned about ensuring our stay was perfect!

  there were 11 adults who stayed in this property and we were pleasantly suprised. We knew the property would be nice--but the pictures do not do this house justice. It was beautful and really felt like a beach home. The location is perfect--there is a backway walk to seaside where you are in the middle of town in no time. The bikes were great. The owners were quick to respond and very friendly. There was a minor issue I emailed on and he responded immediately and was eager to ensure our stay was great, which it was. Would definately recommend to others and I'd be happy to be back!

  We have stayed at this home for the last two summers and intend to stay there again this summer. This home is beautifully decorated and is in the perfect location. Our kids love the activities in Seaside and although the home is in Watercolor, it is directly behind the Seaside Chapel therefore it has easy access to all the Seaside action. We have several friends who also rent homes every summer at the same time and we love to have them over to cook out. This is an ideal home for entertaining. However, it is perfect for wanting to get away as well. Sitting on the back porch surrounded by pine trees and having your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the afternoon is the perfect place to start your day or unwind from a day at the beach! We have stayed at several homes over the last several years and toured many others and this home is by far our favorite. The owner is extremely helpful and very easy to work with. We would highly recommend this home for the perfect summer getaway!

  I have stayed at this home on two occassions, both times with two families. This house works wonderfully for multiple families because the bunkroom holds 6 and the other 3 bedrooms are all HUGE and beautifully appointed. The house has alot of room to spread out from the two porches on both the front and the back of the house as well as the kids playroom/video room area. It's location is great within the Watercolor/Seaside area. It is a short cut through the woods to Seaside and all it's shops and backs right up to the tennis courts in Watercolor. The house comes equipped with bicycles so it saved us the hassle of lugging our bikes down. The interior decorating is the perfect beach style very comfortable yet stylish. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything we needed. I highly recommend staying in this house. The family was very easy to deal with when making my reservation.
