This two-bedroom, two-bath, split floor plan, second-floor unit (only eight condominiums in complex!) was completely remodeled July 2005. Walk to stores and restaurants! Scottsdale is just minutes away. The Mayo Clinic is about 5 miles.
The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counters and a dining area. The living room has a leather sofa, chair with ottoman, 27-inch TV (expanded cable), DVD player and an AM/FM stereo CD player.
Sit on the private balcony that has a fantastic view of "4 Peaks" and the pool. Have your coffee and watch the sunrise!
The master bedroom has a king-size bed with TV (expanded cable) and the master bath has a big double bowl sink/vanity. The master bedroom also has a door that goes directly out to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and computer desk with high speed internet access. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets for ample space.
The pool is very private and quiet with table, chairs, and umbrella. The complex has a shared BBQ grill and eating area. There is one covered parking space and one open space per condominium.
The condominium is one block off the corner of Palasades Drive and Fountain Hills Blvd on a dead-end road so there is no traffic or noise and only a short walking distance to downtown Fountain Hills. The Phoenix airport is only 27 miles from the condo. For you golfers, Desert Canyon, We-Ko-Pa, Eagle Mountain and Sunridge Canyon are only a few miles away!
