The Mermaid's Penthouse is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home on the 3rd floor of an elevator building that sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, private master bathroom with spacious walk-in tiled shower and large mirrored closets. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and large mirrored closets.
Make yourself at home in the tastefully decorated and inviting living room that features vaulted wood-beamed ceiling, original artwork, hardwood floors, large sectional leather couches and a stretch ottoman that offer AMAZING VIEWS from every seat.
A large screen TV with all cable channels, a VCR/DVD player and stereo system will keep the family entertained after a day at the beach. The kitchen is brand new, with granite, maple and stainless-steel appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer in the home and a phone (for local calls) all designed for your convenience.
We also provide a secure, high speed internet connection that can be used throughout the house and even on the beach! Imagine yourself, toes in the sand, face to the sun, the waves crashing at your feet . . . doing work or sending e-mails to friends, family and co-workers back home. This home has its own off street parking space next to the building. Upon request, we can also provide pak-n-play cribs, highchairs and noise monitors for families with small children. For an additional $15 charge, you can order food and dairy products to be delivered prior to your arrival. Orders must be placed a minimum of three days prior to your arrival date. Your order, plus the delivery fee, will be charged to your credit card. To cancel or change your order, please contact us before 5 pm PST the day prior to your arrival.
