This vacation hot spot is perfect for visiting any season of the year. Snowboarders, skiers, apres skiers and Sundance Film revelers can enjoy the advantage of this central location. Enjoy the thrill of skiing or snowboarding through fields of Utah's renowned fresh powder with three incredible resorts located only a short bus ride away. In fact, Park City Mountain Resort, the site of the 2002 Olympic Men's Giant Slalom and Snowboard events, is just 250 yards out your front door.

Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with Corian countertops and beautiful maple cabinets. The master bedroom has a queen bed, full bath and TV. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds that can be pushed together with the second full bathroom immediately outside the bedroom door. The couch folds out into a very comfortable queen bed.

Our condo is located within walking distance or a short bus ride from some of the country's best restaurants (and wine lists!) and nightlife that will have you wondering if you are still in Utah.

Only 35 miles from the Salt Lake International Airport, you will find this newly remodeled condo brings you the best of everything: location, convenience, and comfortable affordability. Because we, the owners, live only a few miles away, the condo is kept immaculately clean and very well maintained.
