  My family and I just returned from a weeks vacation at Lake Tulloch. The house we stayed at was wonderful. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped and we felt like we were at home. My family enjoyed the beautiful decks with lake views and the easy access to the lake and pool house. The theater room was perfect after a long day on the water. The house was very kid friendly. We enjoyed air hockey and skiball as well as playing pool. We would recommend this home to our friends and family and look forward to staying again.

  Our group of ten just got back from staying at this home from 7/14 to 7/17. The house was spacious (we could have easily fit more people), clean and only a few minutes from the water. The area was really quiet and peaceful during the day and at night. We were all in our 20's and 30's and really got the feel that this area was perfect for all ages. Home owner was really friendly! Would stay here again- none of us were ready to leave!

  We just stayed there this past weekend 7/8-7/12 we had a great time. The house was clean, with lots of room we had 13 in our group and you never would have known, super spacious. Homeowner Natalie is great to deal with, very accommodating. We would definitely rent this home again.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

  We stayed in the house with a group of friends from 8/6/10-8/9/10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The house is big and accommodating, it has a pool room, large living and dining rooms. Bedrooms are on the lower level, which is nice for more privacy. There is a large deck with the lake view and a BBQ on it. The swimming pool/jacuzzi is close by near the lake. We swam in both, pool and the the lake. Lake is great for water sports and fishing, if you want. We liked that house is located in a safe fenced development. We definitely going to rent this place again soon.

  My hubby, I, and 4 other couples of close friends celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday party in this beautiful, comfortable and specious house last August (stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights). The longest birthday party ever!!! We really enjoyed the ping-pong, the movies and, of course the FOOD. My favorite place, the kitchen was a dream! Everything was spotless, clean, smell fresh: the fridge, the storage room, range, dishwasher, cookware, etc. Swimming in the lake was one of my great experiences! Unfortunately, I left my hubby’s cell phone and my cigarette case with a pack of cigarettes and an expensive lighter by the water, and after swimming I couldn’t find it. My staff was gone. Gone, Gone. Very upsetting since we did not keep a backup “old-fashioned” phone book. I asked around – nobody new anything. After my attempts to find it I had to call the AT&T and stop the service. I also contacted the owner and told her what happened. She was very nice and calm, she assured me that everything will be found, and she will notify the office and make necessary arrangements in that regard. Honestly, I couldn’t believe it - there was a big crowd and a lot of kids by the lake that day. Who knows… To make it short, in a few days, I received an envelope in the mail with the phone, my cigarettes (not even one missing) and the lighter insice. I thanked the person who found and turned it in, and, of course, the owner for making my stay a real joy with the happy ending! I hope we can go there this summer – can’t wait.

  Wonderful family memories of our vacation stay at this lake home. We have stayed here several times. A nice quiet cul de sac location with private gate. This home is well equipped for entertainment for the kids, adults, and family fun. It is very spacious and has all the comforts of a home. There is a media room and pool table downstairs. It is very relaxing with a beautiful lake view! You won't be disappointed. Community has a beautiful club house, pool, and work out room. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would like to vacation here again. A GREAT family get away!!! Rental transaction was very professional and smooth. All around, a very nice experience.

  We had an absolutely fantastic vacation in this wonderful home at Lake Tulloch. It is a beautiful, spacious, and well laid out house not far from the lake. With the master bedroom upstairs and all the other bedrooms, media room and game room downstairs, the kids were able to do their own thing when we weren't out on the lake or having meals. When we arrived we found a ping-pong table, air hockey table and other fun games in the garage. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware needed to cook for the week. The owner was very clear that we had to get a permit to dock the boat and jumped through hoops with our last-minute reservation. We had no issues at all. It is true that it is a bit of a walk down to the dock, but it was certainly manageable and you can see the lake from the house. We had one of the best vacations ever staying here and highly recommend the place.

  "The house is just steps to the water..." NOT TRUE AT ALL. The question you should ask yourself is how many steps to the water? A LOT unless you want to drive there. "Boat launch and private boatdock is available for your use during your stay." NOT TRUE AT ALL. She failed to mention that we needed a permit to dock the boat there because 120 houses have to share it. Doesn't sound very private at all. We ended up having to pay to have our boat docked at the marina. The owner was not helpful in answering my questions and concerns and I am surprised with myself that I continued to rent this house after our first conversation. I would not recommend this property to a friend or family. The house was surrounded by weeds and why did we pay a cleaning fee when one of the first things we had to do when we arrived, was mop the floor because our feet and the baby's hands and knees were DARK brown. Very disappointed!
