Come vacation & entertain in style, in this big, comfortable ranch house, on a tree lined street of classic custom-homes from the 1940's & 50's. Located just a half block from Las Vegas Blvd. -- you can walk out of the front door, down to the end of the street where Elvis used to live, make a left turn, and there you are on the world famous "Strip." It doesn't get any closer than this.

When you're not out on the town, you can lounge all day by our full size pool with your family and friends or play all night in the king size recreation room equipped with an Olhausen billiards table, built-in bar & HDTV.... Or just party all the time in our space age living room with a big screen media center and quality Fisher/Bose sound system. It's all very, very Vegas.

The house is in the John S. Park Historic District where important locals & celebrities like Liberace, the Binions, and Jimmy the Greek have lived and played since the 1940's. This is absolutely the only neighborhood in Las Vegas that borders directly on the "Strip." All the other houses that you see for rent are at least 2 to 3 miles from the the bright lights, usually farther if they were built after the 1960's. Its' more like commuting from the suburbs. When you stay with us, you never have to leave Las Vegas and you're only about 5 minutes from everything that matters, including all the major convention centers & casinos, downtown, and UNLV.

Our beautiful, two-story home features large rooms (3,400 sq.ft.,) a wood-burning fireplace, new furniture & appliances, central A/C & heating, and two Master Suites w/private baths. We've worked hard to think of everything a guest could possibly want. All the bedrooms have ample storage and creature comforts, including premium-channel, satellite TVs. The kitchen, bathrooms, & laundry room are stocked w/all essential disposables, towels, linens, cooking utinsels, and appliances that you'll need. (You'll have to bring your own clothing and fill the bar & fridge yourselves... Albertsons delivers.)

For business travellers, our home office suite includes Microsoft Office, a high-speed DSL internet connection w/wireless for notebooks (covers the entire house & pool,) a one touch color scanner & printer, a stand alone fax/modem, & and unlimited phone service in the Continental U.S..

And finally for peace of mind, an easy to use remote-controlled alarm system immediately summons police and fire assistance in case of an emergency.

  • Staying in this house was a dream come true. Its so close to the Strip we walked and had breakfast on the top of the Stratosphere. Its such a cool place that I expected to see Frank and Dean walk thru the door at any moment.
