The Rainbow River is a beautiful 4-mile long spring-fed acquatic preserve famous for its crystal clear water surrounded by state-preserved lands. Nature trails and paved bike paths are easily accessible from the home.
Everything is new or in as-new condition in the house, and the yard is large and well-maintained. Located just 3 miles from downtown Dunnellon, the home is isolated from traffic, but close enough for quick trips into town. A quaint historical district offers shopping and antique browsing.

$1500/month, 1 month stay
$1000/two-week stay, $600/one week stay (minimum stay one week)
All rentals require $500 security deposit paid at time of lease,
with rents due monthly in advance.
A $75 cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit if the
home is left as clean as it was found - otherwise an additional fee
will apply.
