Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Southwest
It is one of the safest places that I ever saw. People used to not lock their doors, or leave the keys in the mail box. Very friendly place, and perfect for families. It is close to Naples, but cheaper than it. You have Sanible Island, Captiva, Fort Myers Beach, Bonita Springs, Naples beaches to choose from. And if you rent the boat, you can add more interesting places where you can go (Picnic Island, Cabagge Keys, etc.). It is called "boaters paradise"!
The Unique Benefits at this House
Excellent comfort. Everything you need, and more. Boat is available for rent, at only $600/week. You cannot beat that! I did not have a renter complaining about what we offered. They were all pleasantly surprised, and they all admitted that it beats any hotel. The rates are also reasonable, considering what you get in exchange.

We visited Cape Coral first in the year 2000. Fell in love with the place, and decided to buy a lot, at a canal. Later on, in 2005, we built the house. In 2008 we added the boat dock, and purchase the boat.
