Beachfront. Fabulous Ocean views from balcony, living and dining rooms, kitchen and master bedroom. Brand new kitchen with granite counters. Just added last year beverages fridge (extra fridge) built in with drawers and cabinets. Bathrooms redone with granite counters. Tile floors and lots of track lighting throughout. Ceiling fans. Berber carpet on master bedroom suite. Master bedroom suite has king-size bed and balcony with Beach and Ocean views. The balcony can be reached from living room or master bedroom. The apartment is on the 7th floor of the Edgewater Building.
Second bedroom suite has two twin beds(plus extra twin size cot stored in closet)
Third bedroom is tiny and has a bunk bed and a washer and dryer (two twin beds).
The apartment is very spacious (about 1300 sq.ft) and immaculate.
One assigned parking space is covered under the building. Guest spaces for one more car.
Beach chairs. Flat screen TV with DVD player.
The Edgewater building is privileged: there is an outdoor and an indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna, exercise room and convenience and deli stores (seasonal). Also there is a kiddie camp (summer) as well as exercise classes(seasonal) and game room.
The Sea Colony complex has 24 hour security (its office is located in the Edgewater Building), 12 pools, two fitness centers, tennis programs, hot tubs and saunas. The fitness center has classes year round as well as the tennis bubble with several indoor tennis courts.
There are life guards in the beach during the summer.
Weeks left in the 2011 season are from Sept.11th, on at reduced prices as listed.
From January, 1st to March, 31st 2012 weekly prices are $1300.00 per week.
For week-ends off-season: the price is $1,000.00 per 3 nights.

The condo was well appointed and the description was accurate. The listing photos accurately relected the appearance of the rental. The kitchen and bathrooms were well done. The bathrooms were very spacious. The balcony had very comfortable furniture and it was nice to sit out there in the everning and watch all the activities. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would definetly recommend the condo to relatives and friends. We had a wonderful time. Would recommend the Waterman Resturant over the 50 bridge and Big Fish in Rehoboth. Liked being able to rent Sunday to Sunday. It really helped with the traffic coming and going.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Lovely oceanfront condo! Nicely appointed with upgraded kitchen and baths. Comfortable beds and a great vies! If you are not familiar with Sea Colony, you will be happy with the amenities. A fabulous choice for a family vacation location! Very happy with the accommodations. Close to everything! Highly recommended!
